Die Hauptkursleiterin C.J. war sehr gut. Die zusätzlichen Referenten war ok. Vortrag zum Thema Sucht war nicht überzeugend. Da erwarte ich mehr, wie mit Lernenden mit Suchtverhalten umzugehen ist, als dass ich die einzelnen Suchtmittel im Detail kennenlerne.

Der Kurs hat mich einiges gelehrt, welches ich nicht nur in den Berufsbildungsalltag integrieren kann, auch in mein persönliches Privatleben. Frau J. ist eine ausgezeichnete Dozentin, sehr sympathisch und Kurse bei Ihr kann ich nur empfehlen.

Sehr gute Organisation durch das EBZ. Jedoch zuviel Inhalt über Suchtprävention / Umgang. Da gibt es Anlaufstellen, wo ich Hilfe holen kann. Viel zu wenig Inhalt über Rechtliches (nur 1/2 Tag). Präsentationen am letzten Tagwar sehr mühsam. Nach 3-4 vorträgen schwindet Konzentration sehr schnell. Besser diesen Tag nutzen für Rechtliches.

Der Kurs hat mich nicht viel weiter gebracht um meine Lernende zu unterstützen weil es nicht berufsspezifisch war. Es wäre viel besser einige Fachbereiche zu trennen. Ich habe in meiner Ausbildung das Thema Kommunikation & Sucht schon x-mal durchgenommen, diese 2 Tage wären für medizinisches Personal überflüssig. Was mir etwas gebracht hat war der Rechtliche Teil dieses Kurses.

Das Gesamtbild der Schule war gut. Für 5 Tage war das perfekt. Zum Lehrgang muss ich sagen habe ich nicht wirklich viel Neues gelernt. Der Abschluss der Lehre war noch nicht sehr lange her und vieles aus der Lehre wird als Ausbildnerin wieder benötigt . Daher zum Teil nicht sehr viel gelernt. Aber sonst gut.

Die Dozentin war immer gut vorbereitet und hat eine hohe Kompetenz. Dies war sehr angenehm. Ich hatte einen anderen Inhalt des Kurses erwartet und war von daher etwas enttäuscht. Trotzdem hat er viele Inputs geliefert und wird mir für die Lehrlingsausbildung helfen.

Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt, vom Sekretariat wie auch vom Lehrpersonal. Das Lehrmittel zum Kurs ist sehr umfangreich aber gut strukturiert. Ich profitierte auch sehr von der gemischten Klasse, Frauen und Männer unterschiedlichen Alters und unterschiedlicher Branchen. Insgesamt hat mir dieser Kurs in vielerlei Hinsicht Positives gebracht. Ich fühle mich vorbereitet, um den Lernenden nun gut betreuen zu können.

Infrastruktur IT hätte besser sein können Lehrgang ist interessant, jedoch sollte unterschieden werden, ob Kursteilnehmer bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Lernendenbetreuung haben oder Neulinge sind. Integration von ALS/ÜK Informationen wären wünschenswert.

Ich habe in diesem Kurs sehr viel mehr erwartet. Ich bin durch den Kurs keinen Schritt weiter bzw. habe nichts dazu gelern, was ich in der Praxis umsetzten kann. Es waren viel zu viele psychologische Themen integriert, welche aus meiner Sicht nicht Aufgabe eines Berufsbildners ist. Da dieser Kurs sowieso nur Berufsbildner im kaufm. Bereich ausbildet, wäre es angebracht gewesen, gewisse spezielle Themen wie ALS, PE, LLD, etc. anzuschneiden und Erfahrungen auszutauschen.

Inhalt wurde in die Länge gezogen. Kurs könnte eigentlich in viel kürzerer Zeit durchgeführt werden. Zudem finde ich den Stoff für Personen, die bereits mit Lernenden in Kontakt gekommen sind, teilweise überflüssig.

Die Schule und die Infrastruktur hinsichtlich Angebot und Einrichtung sind prima. Das Sekretariat leistete tolle Arbeit und auch bei technischen Problemen war unverzüglich jemand vor Ort. Der Lehrgang an und für sich würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Da es sich jedoch um ein Pflichtprogramm handelt, wird die Nachfrage wohl nicht abbrechen. Interessant finde ich, dass ich von vielen Personen gehört haben, dass sie den Kurs nicht gut fanden und auch eine entsprechende Rückmeldung gemacht hätten. Anscheinend deckt der Kursinhalt die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Rahmenbedingungen ab. Ich denke jedoch, dass es hier noch Spielraum gibt. Vielleicht müssen die Strukturen, resp. das Angebot überdacht werden. Ein Kurs für Neueinsteiger und einer für jene mit Berufserfahrung. Mir ist bewusst, dass dies mit entsprechendem Mehraufwand verbunden ist. Trotz der negativen Vorinformationen von vielen Seiten ging ich voller Elan an diesen Kurs, wurde dann aber rasch eines Besseren belehrt.

Nachteil ist, wenn man von Auswärts kommt, keine Parkplätze. Bahnverbindung ist relativ gut. Kantine war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Der Lehrgang war toll, man konnte sich mit den anderen Berufsbildner austauschen. Gruppenarbeit war super. Gesamteindruck von der Schule war gut.

Alles sehr lehreich. Der Begegnungshalbtag in der Schule der Lehrnenden, war keines Falls, wie vorgestellt. Kein Einblick in den Unterricht oder kennenlernen der Lehrperson. Thema über die Begegnung in die Schule verfehlt.
