Die Ordner sind gut und verständlich geschrieben. Ich würde meinen Bekannten die Fernschule nicht empfehlen. Die Schule wird nicht subventioniert, obwohl wir die gleiche Prüfung abgelegt haben wie die Personen, die den Unterricht besucht haben. Es kann uns niemand sagen, von wo wir das wissen sollten. Ist einfach so... PECH... Die Ordner sind gut und verständlich geschrieben.

Ich war sehr zufrieden und habe mich gut betreut gefühlt. Etwas kompliziert war, dass Prüfungsanmeldungen getrennt über Gastrosuisse bzw. Gastro Bern liefen und nicht über sie gebucht werden konnten. Auch etwas unklar war mir lange, dass ich mich bereits für das Zertifikat anmelden konnte im Voraus, auch wenn ich noch nicht alle Modulprüfungsatteste hatte. Ich konnte die Atteste im Nachhinein nachreichen. Hat schlussendlich noch kurzfristig geklappt. Aber war alles sehr spontan. Hätte ich dies nicht realisiert, hätte ich erst im April wieder die Möglichkeit zur Zertifikatsprüfung gehabt, was sehr ein langer Abstand gewesen wäre. Dies wäre ggf. auch Absprache mit Gastrosuisse etwas besser koordinierter... Ansonsten war alles sehr unkompliziert, konnte die Unterlagen sogar ins Wallis nachschicken lassen, da ich zwischenzeitlich auf einer Berghütte gearbeitet habe. Dies hat alles super geklappt.

Nicht günstig, aber relativ gut in allen Bereichen. Mehr Praxisbeispiele wären gut.

Sehr kompetente Beratung. Alles hat bestens geklappt. Manchmal wünschte ich mir einen Tag pro Modul, wo man zusammen kommt, um alles zusammen anzuschauen.

Mit dem Fernkurs kann viel gelernt werden, die Themen werden genau erklärt und man wird sehr gut auf die jeweiligen Prüfungen vorbereitet und betreut. Ich würde die Schweizer Gastronomiefernschule erneut wählen, um das Wirtepatent zu absolvieren.

Die Idee und das Konzept, sowie die Betreuung fand ich gut. Wenn die Unterlagen gut sind, braucht es für mich keine Unterstützung mehr, da die Kursbetreuung immer schnell und verständlicher geantwortet hat. Die Unterlagen bräuchten mehr Zusammenfassungen, weiterführende Literatur und mehr Übungen und Videos.

Es wäre schön, wenn man noch praktische Kurse besuchen könnte, z.B. Lohnabrechnung, Buchhaltung… Für mich war diese Prüfung zu fest Kopflastig und zu wenig Praxis bezogen. Der Austausch mit Gleichgesinnten fehlte mir. Aber ich bin stolz, dass ich es trotzdem geschafft habe, und bedanke mich für die Hilfe und Organisation.

Würde es wieder in Anspruch nehmen, jedoch frage ich mich, wieso man jetzt in Basel Stadt einen Wirtekurs absolvieren kann für ca 450.- bis 600.-? Finde es auch übertrieben als Wirtekursschüler, an der Prüfung Buchhaltungsfragen zu bekommen, welche auch gelernte Buchhalter die Stirn runzeln. Würde gerne meine Prüfungen zurückerhalten, sowohl bei nicht bestanden, als auch bestanden. So kann ich die Fehler optisch sehen.

Besonders gut sind die umfangreichen Materialien und die engagierte kompetente Kursbetreuung. Wer alle Materialien gut durchgearbeitet hat, kann mit gutem Gewissen die Prüfung antreten. Zudem spricht die Möglichkeit der freien Zeiteinteilung für diese Form des Lernens. Ich habe mich gut vorbereitet gefühlt und konnte ein gutes Prüfungsergebnis erzielen.

Ich werde ab dem Sommer 2022 meinen Traum verwirklichen und eine SAC Hütte führen dürfen. Ich habe das Wirtepatent gemacht, auch wenn ich es nicht zur Bewirtung einer Berghütte brauche, weil es mir persönlich wichtig war und ich viel lernen konnte und bestimmt vom angeeigneten Wissen auch auf der Hütte profitieren werde.

Sehr gute Kommunikation via E-Mail. Besonders gut: Dass ich mich jederzeit melden konnte und ich als Mensch behandelt wurde. Es wurde in meiner Pause immer wieder nachgefragt, ob ich wieder mit dem Lernen begonnen habe ohne Druck aufzubauen.
