Gut: Lernen mit Lernbar und neben meinem 100% Job konnte ich am Abend und am Wochenende lernen. Für Quereinsteiger ohne grosse Vorkenntnisse sind 4 bis 8 Stunden pro Lektion knapp bemessen

Individuelles Lernen und freie Zeiteinteilung fand ich gut. Die Unterlagen sind übersichtlich gestaltet und gut illustriert. Die persönliche Kursbetreuung habe ich jedoch weniger "gespürt" - ich fand auch schade, dass verschiedene Personen auf meine Anfragen geantwortet haben. Von daher könnte es noch etwas persönlicher sein.

Das man jederzeit lernen kann mit der Lernbar war sehr gut. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Dass in einigen sachen man mit Video das in praxis zeigen kann und erklären kann… Es giebt verschiedene lern typen, die sich mit zuhören sachen besser merken.

Ich vermisste sehr den Austausch mit Fachpersonen und vorallem mit anderen Kursteilnehmer. Der Ferkurs ist für jemand, der nicht aus dem Gastrobereich kommt sehr schwierig. Die Betreuerinen haben aber ihr bestes gegeben.

gute Betreuung vom Sekretariat, gute Aufstellung der Themen im Ordner (bildlich ergänzt), Lernkarten in Papierform erhalten- könnten erweitert werden. Der Austausch mit Lernenden hat mir gefehlt regelmässiger Zeitplan fehlt, wenn Eigenverantwortung

Ich brauche das Wirtediplom für einen Vereinsclubhaus. Wenn Fehler in den Unterlagen dann schon bekannt sind erwarte ich umgehend eine neue Dokumentation. Es sind einzelne Blätter, die sind ohne grosse Umstände zu ersetzen. Schreibfehler etc. Ich würde für das Schulgeld etwas mehr erwarten. Lernkarten sollten mit der heutige Technik nach meine Wünsche einsetzbar ein. Im Lernordner sind 6 Kapitel. Es werden vier Prüfungen durchgeführt. Dies ist verwirrend. Ich hatte Glück das ich schon weitergelernt habe. Sonst wäre es sicherlich nicht so positiv ausgefallen.

Besonders gut: Das man sich die Zeit selber einteilen kann, dabei aber doch die Ziele vor Augen zu haben mit dem eigenen Lernplan, welcher von der Kursbetreuerin zusammengestellt wurde. Auf meine doch eher wenigen Fragen, bekam ich immer sehr schnell eine passende Antwort.

Man kann sich die Zeit und den Lernstoff selber einteilen. Die Lernbar finde ich super, vorallem mit den Lernkarten, somit bleibt die Wiederholung des gelernten Stoffes präsent.

Insgesamt gut. Bei Fragen immer erreichbar oder ein Rückruf. Kann mir die Zeit selber einteilen. Zur Lehrmethode: Es geht nichts über eine Schulung vor Ort. Es fehlt die Kommunikation mit anderen Schülern. Wie auch das lernen durch hören.

Fernkurs genügend. Das individuelle Lerntempo (Möglichkeiten) fand ich gut. Informationsfluss gut, Kundenfreundlickeit und Erreichbarkeit sehr gut. Mangelhaft die Kursbetreuung. Wenn telefonische Auskünfte notwendig waren war nicht einmal die Kursbetreuung am Telefon. Das Personal am Telefon war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch leider wenig kompetent. Da im Selbstudium jede dozierende Lehrkraft fehlt wäre eine kompetente Auskunftsperson hilfreich. Eine Wiederholung der Unterlagen sind wenig gewinnbringend, Erklärungen in eigenen Worten um so mehr wünschenswert. Im allgemeinen ist es gut gelungen die Inhalte zusammzufassen. Schade sind Fehler in den Lernkarten. Ungenügend sind für mich visuelle Anteile (z.B.Lervideos, Lernprogramme). Es ist eher befremdlich, dass im heutigen Zeitalter keine IT Programme vorgestellt werden und auch keine Übungen in Buchhaltung, Lohabrechnung etc auf dergleichen gemacht werden.

Besonders gut: Das ich individuell entscheiden kann, wann ich lerne und wann ich die Prüfungen absolviere. Finde es aber gut, dass der Fernkurs bei der Anmeldung geholfen hat und mir aufgezeigt hat in welchem Rahmen ich die jeweiligen Prüfungen absolvieren kann. Da ich eine Person bin die gerne selber für sich lernt, hatte ich nicht viele Fragen beziehungsweise benötige nur selten die Hilfe der Kursbetreuerin. Wenn ich aber eine frage hatte so konnten Sie mir kompetente Antworten geben. Ebenso haben mir die E-Learnings sehr geholfen, welche auch verständlich und klar erklärt wurden.

das man ihn von zu Hause aus machen kann und jederzeit beginnen kann fand ich besonders gut. die Lernkarten fand ich weniger hilfreich, da ich mich damit nicht wirklich prüfen kann, da ich selbst entscheide ob ich die frage richtig oder falsch beantwortet habe, wenn man eine auswahl trifft, so wie an der prüfung fände ich besser.

Der informationsfluss war gut, manchmal musste mann auf die antworten warten da sie selbst nachfragen mussten. Man sollte automatisch die Aktuallisierungen verschicken, damit mann auf dem neusten Stand ist
