Meine Erwartungshaltung war "Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe". D.h. was muss ich wissen, meine Rolle als SiBe und die der anderen Akteure im Unternehmen, wo finde ich was etc. Meine Erwartungen wurden durch den Kurs weitestgehend abgedeckt.

Der Lehrgang war sehr Interessant. Man setzt das gelernte in der Praxis um. Man geht gezielter vor.
