Die Lernumgebung und die Unterstützung während des gesamten Lehrgangs waren hervorragend. Ich habe nicht nur fachlich viel gelernt, sondern auch praktische Werkzeuge und Techniken mitgenommen, die ich direkt in meinem Berufsalltag anwenden kann. Insgesamt war es eine sehr bereichernde Erfahrung, die ich nur empfehlen kann.

Die Kursmodule waren gut strukturiert und die Gesamtkurslänge ausreichend. Die Moderatoren waren fachlich kompetent, methodisch und didaktisch wurden die Kursinhalte ideal vermittelt. Das OpenOlat ist eine tolle Kursplattform, sehr gefallen hat auch die Möglichkeit sich in den Räumlichkeiten der SAQ mit Getränken, Kaffee/Tee und Gipfeli zu versorgen.

Ich habe viel Nützliches für meine Arbeit gelernt. Es waren spannend, aber auch unterhaltsame Tage. Der Leistungsnachweis ist sehr zeitintensiv und sprengt aus meiner Sicht den Rahmen. Es handelt sich hier ja nicht um einen CAS oder sonstige anerkannte Ausbildung mit Titel. Eine Abschlussprüfung wäre mir lieber gewesen.

Mich persönlich hat der Kurs weitergebracht, deshalb kann ich diesen Kurs sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. Alle Dozenten waren sehr hilfsbereit und gestalteten den Unterricht spannend und abwechslungsreich. Die Themenauswahl, Relevanz und Aktualität fand ich sehr passend. Vor allem der Professional-Kurs als Abschluss hat mich sehr gut gedünkt. Die ganze Theorie, welche man unbedingt im Rucksack" haben muss, nützt einem nichts, wenn sie nicht adressatengerecht angebracht und kommuniziert wird.

Tip Top, vor allem konnte ich die Grundlagen (Lehrgang Basis) erarbeiten und jetzt verschiedene Methoden bekommen, um KVP Prozesse zu erarbeiten und auszuprobieren. Wird sicher Zeit brauchen, aber durch die Unterlagen kann ich auch in einem halben Jahr noch ausprobieren. Die Dozenten kommen aus der Praxis und bringen viel Erfahrung mit. Besten Dank

Ich würde die Weiterbildung bei der SAQ-QUALICON erneut buchen, da ich sehr zufrieden war mit dem übermittelten Wissen, welches mich nun als gut gewappnet in den Themen aufatmen lässt und ich selbstbewusst im Alltag gelerntes Anwenden kann.

Obwohl ich anfangs Schwierigkeiten mit der Thematik hatte, konnte ich für mich doch einiges abgewinnen. Ich habe keinen "Bürojob" und daher nicht die Zeit, die benötigt wäre. Und doch werde ich einige Methoden im hektischen Pflegealltag einsetzen: Ich denke, ich kann an Rapporten und Teamsitzungen ein paar einfache neu gelernte Methoden anwenden

War eine tolle Erfahrung. Tolle Dozenten und ein verständlicher Inhalt. Man hatte genug Zeit für Vorarbeiten, da die Abstände zu den Kurstagen sehr gut gelegt wurden. Auch der Kurstag selber war nicht zu lange und mit genügend Pausen. Danke!

Vermittelt das Wissen, welches man in der Praxis gut einsetzen kann. Ich konnte viel Gelerntes direkt im Unternehmen anwenden. Die Dozenten sind sehr Fachkompetent. Ich persönlich habe mit dem Vorgehen der Vorbereitungsaufgaben ein wenig ein Problem gehabt. Einerseits bin ich sehr gewissenhaft und möchte alle gewünschten Aufgaben/Vorbereitungen erledigt haben. Allerdings sind wir aktuell im Unternehmen beim Qualitätsmanagement weit hinterher. Nun gibt es einige Vorbereitungsaufgaben, die ich entweder nicht bearbeiten kann, oder nicht möchte. Ich möchte mein Unternehmen nach aussen gut präsentieren und nicht jedem Kursteilnehmenden vermitteln müssen, was wir aktuell für einen Mist in diesem Bereich haben. Das hat immer einen Beigeschmack. Somit lasse ich etwaige Forumsbeiträge oder andere Aufgaben, die für jeden ersichtlich sind, aussen vor, was mich persönlich aber nicht zufriedenstellt.
