Eine interessante Weiterbildung, von der ich sehr viele, theoretische Inhalte mitnehme. Ich persönliche sehe es als eine Möglichkeit in einem anderen Bereich arbeiten zu können. War spannend verschiedene neue Menschen und deren Berufsfeld kennenzulernen.

Hat mir Verständnis für meine tägliche Arbeit erläutert und mit auch aufgezeigt, wie ich bei uns in der Unternehmung allenfalls Verbesserungspotential erkennen kann und uns auch weiterbringen kann. Erreichbarkeit sehr gut mit dem Auto. Zu hohe Parkpreise, es sollte versucht werden, mit der Stadt Lösungen zu finden. Wenn mann umparkieren muss in der Pause unterbrechen unter Umständen wichtige Gespräche. Der Zwipf ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ev. würde ein Kiosk eine Aufwertung bringen.

Zusammenfassend:Gutes Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis, Praxis-Bezug war stets vorhanden, Bsp. von den Teilnehmer wurden im Unterricht integriert, Lern-Plattform Open OLAT könnte "bedienerfreundlicher" gestaltet werden.

Es war mein zweiter Kurs. Wobei mir der Advanced Kurs definitiv besser gefallen hat und ich dort auch mehr Inhalte in meinen Job übernehmen konnte. Dieser Kurs war mir besonders an Tag 2 und 3 zu theoretisch. Ich hätte gerne mehr praktische Übungen oder Gruppenarbeit gemacht.

Grundsätzlich sehr gut. Ich finde es etwas schade, dass der Lehrgang mit dem Zusatz "Basic" aus meiner Sicht etwas abgewertet wird. Der Lehrgang ist umfangreich und die Abschlussarbeit/Leistungsnachweis ist umfangreich und wird nach meinem Empfinden sehr hart und streng bewertet. Auch schade, dass "nur" mit einem internen Diplom abgeschlossen wird. Die Möglichkeit den Lehrgang als CAS zu absolvieren wäre ein klarer Mehrwert.

Je nach Dozent fand ich den Kurs gut. Auch die Inhalte, obwohl ich nicht alles 1:1 transferieren kann. Der Online-Unterricht hat es in sich. Auf den einen Teil sehr gut, da der Weg eingespart werden kann. Auf den anderen Teil ist es nicht mein Ding. Zu unpersönlich, lange Gruppenarbeiten online mit einer zeitintensiven Auswertung im "Plenum" finde ich eher ermüdend. Kurze Gruppenarbeiten mit kurzen Nachbesprechungen sind ok.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Es werden viele Methoden vorgestellt, die für die Umsetzung im Betrieb sehr wertvoll sind. Die Kurse bei SAQ-Qualicon sind sehr gut organisiert. Die OpenOlat-Plattform habe ich sehr geschätzt. Es war ein abwechslungsreicher Unterricht. Der Dozent war ein sehr guter Begleiter auch in den Gruppenarbeiten, so dass wir unsere Arbeiten immer gut reflektieren konnten.

War spannend, konnte aber für die Praxis gesamthaft nicht soo viel mitnehmen wie bei anderen Kursen der SAQ-Qualicon. Wir haben sehr viele Kreativitätsmethoden zur Lösungsfindung und Massnahmensplanung gelernt. Kann da nur wenige in der Praxis umsetzen. Hätte mir noch etwas mehr Facts und Inputs von anderen gewünscht. Der Dozent war sehr fachkompetent und hat ein abwechslungsreiches Programm zusammengestellt.

Die Weiterbildung bleibt mir positiv in Erinnerung. Vom Fachpersonal bis zu jedem Teilnehmer, mit dem man die praxisnahen Übungen gestaltet hat. Kann jedem den Kurs weiterempfehlen.

Habe drei Kurse belegt. 1. Qualitätsmanager im Gesundheitswesen Basic / 2. Qualität- und Prozessmanager Advanced / 3. Qualität- und Prozessmanager Professional. Die Kurse waren gut strukturiert. Der Aufbau war immer mit dem Bezug auf die Praxis verbunden. Es war eine sehr gute Atmosphäre zum Lernen und auch um etwas Spass beim Lernen zu erfahren. Es wurde sich rege zwischen den Teilnehmern ausgetauscht, welches auch zu einem erweiterten Wissensstand geführt hat. So bekam man auch einen andern Einblick und Ideen zur Umsetzung in die Praxis. Fachlich sind die Kurse sehr zu empfehlen. Ich habe ein reiches Werk an Werkzeugen und Wissen mitbekommen, welches nun gilt im beruflichen Alltag umzusetzen. Das geht nun natürlich viel besser von der Hand. Danke für die positive Zeit und die stetige Unterstützung. Ich kann die SQA Qualikon wärmstens sehr empfehlen! Ich werde auch das NDS hier absolvieren und freue mich schon darauf.

Die Qualicon bietet mit dem Kurs Qualitäts- und Prozessmanager Basic eine professionelle Einführung in die Thematik an. Ich werde mich sicher mit weiteren Angeboten auseinandersetzen und kann mir gut vorstellen, einen weiterführenden Kurs zu besuchen. Das Leistungsangebot der Qualicon kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.

Ich finde es sehr zeitaufwändig, wenn mach sich noch sehr intensiv auf den Kurs vorberieten müssen. Leider habe ich persönlich nicht so viel Zeit, musste mir diese freischaufeln. Auch den Leistungsnachweis nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch, was sehr schade ist. Eine Prüfung wurde reichen

Ich würde nicht überlegen, ob ich eine weitere Weiterbildung bei der SAQ-Qualicon mache, wenn ich nicht überzeugt wäre, dass die SAQ-Qualicon der richtige Ort ist.

Finde es spannend und sehr interessant. Die Dozenten waren super, beide sind echt praxisnah, das merkt man sofort, da Sie auch viele Beispiele mitbringen, was bei Ihnen passiert ist oder was Sie auch probiert haben zu ändern. Zur Praxisrelevanz: Da ich in der Produktion tätig bin, wird es schwer alles umzusetzen. Da ich weit von den gelernten Inhalten bin.

Interessante und lehrreiche Inhalte, die mit praktischen Beispielen gut umgesetzt werden. Das erleichtert den Umgang mit den Herausforderungen im QM. Ich habe viel von den Lerninhalten und Methoden profitiert und freue mich auf die weitere Umsetzung im Alltag.

Konzept aktualisieren. Gesundheitswesen separieren in allen 3 Modulen. Lerninhalt ist zu wenig an Gesundheitswesen adaptiert. Kursorganisation top. Abstimmung von Inhalt könnte deutlich besser sein bei aufeinander aufbauenden Kursen.
