Weiterbildung in E-Commerce
Die FfD bietet 7 Weiterbildungskurse in E-Commerce. Die Kurse sind modular und in sich abgeschlossen. Der erfolgreiche Abschluss der Modulprüfung ist einerseits zert. E-Commerce Spezialist/in in MODULTHEMA und gleichzeitig ein offizielles Zertifikat für die Anrechnung an den eidgenössischen Fachausweis: E-Commerce Spezialist/in FA. Ein Modulzertifikat ist 5 Jahre gültig.

Our 3-track concept with lessons is carried out on site, in parallel via livestream and with video recording. Our courses therefore take place with maximum flexibility in terms of time and location.
Students of the FfD with the continuing education program in retail, e-commerce & sales have been directly supervised by the school management for 30 years.
The lecturers teach what they practice in their job.
In small classes of 6 to 16 participants, we accompany you until shortly before the exams. With exam simulations and coaching sessions, we, the head teacher and lecturers, support you in a goal-oriented and efficient manner.
Our courses and training programs are conceptually geared towards 100% professional activity and, thanks to our 3-track concept, missed teaching units can easily be made up later.

Insgesamt empfand ich den Kurs als gut strukturiert und übersichtlich. Die Inhalte waren größtenteils relevant und praxisnah, und die Dozenten zeigten Kompetenz und waren stets erreichbar. Die Schulleitung sorgte für eine gute Koordination und ein professionelles Lernumfeld.

Der Lehrgang war insgesamt sehr gut strukturiert und praxisnah aufgebaut. Die Inhalte waren verständlich erklärt und gut auf den Detailhandel abgestimmt. Besonders positiv fand ich die Kombination aus Theorie und praxisbezogenen Beispielen, wodurch ich das Gelernte gut anwenden konnte. Die Dozierenden waren kompetent, freundlich und unterstützend. Fragen wurden ernst genommen und verständlich beantwortet. Die Organisation des Lehrgangs war grösstenteils klar und übersichtlich. Insgesamt fühle ich mich sehr gut auf die Prüfung sowie auf die Arbeit im Verkauf vorbereitet. Vielen Dank für die lehrreiche und angenehme Zeit. Sehr professionell
