Who are these courses suitable for?

• The Basic and Advanced modules are suitable for all those who want to develop personally and who have a lot to do with people in both their professional and private lives.
• In addition, the exam preparation for the mentor in question can be taken afterwards, which prepares for the Federal Professional Examination "Company Mentor SCA/SKO" and the Federal Diploma of Higher Education.
• and / or the modules that build on it (Professional, Focus Team, Psychopathology for Coaches and Supervision in depth) are suitable for people who are aiming for an Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) as a "Supervisor:in-Coach". These modules also provide a great foundation for counselors in the psychosocial field. This requires additional supervision hours, which are organized individually by the participant in order to be recognized in the federal examination.

Praxis-Brücke has been involved in adult education and management consulting for over 30 years. In addition to our coaching and consultant training, we also focus on our seminars for managers and private individuals. • 2024: HKV Nordwest now also offers the coaching course with the practical bridge in Rheinfelden.
• 2019: Praxis-Brücke receives the authorization from the SCA/SKO associations to carry out the company mentoring up to the Federal Diploma of Higher Education.

• In 2015/2016, Praxis-Brücke entered into a cooperation with the KV Bildungsgruppe Schweiz with its modular training program. This enables us to offer the training at various locations in Switzerland. These include: Aarau, Lucerne, Rheinfelden.
• At the end of 2014, Praxis-Brücke entered into a training partnership with the largest Swiss association for counselling, the "Berufsverband für Supervisoren, Coaches und Organisationsberater" - the bso. We are now proud to be part of the largest Swiss counseling association with over 1,300 members. This is a great honor. We received the go-ahead from the accreditation body for both training formats "Coach/Supervisor bso" and "Organizational Consultant bso" at the first attempt. This underlines the quality of our training and thus increases our clients' career opportunities. We also passed the recertification with the "Swiss Association for Counseling" (SGfB) with a brilliant result.
