As a federally recognized college and member of the Swiss Coaching Association SCA, 50% of the training costs will be reimbursed to you upon completion of the course to become a company mentor.

Quality and the greatest possible benefit for training participants are our top priority. For this reason, the number of participants in the solution-oriented coaching course is limited to 14 and in the company mentor course to 10. Mentor*in is limited to 10 participants.

The training is divided into 9 seminars of 1.5 days each
Time expenditure
The Diplom-Coaching training program comprises a total of approx. 150 lessons. The pure training time is 110 lessons. In addition, there is the learning time/self-study/group work/self-coaching sessions and time spent on the diploma thesis. Willingness for at least three self-coaching sessions is a prerequisite.
Personal benefit
With this coaching course, you will develop your personal strengths and learn how to use them to achieve your goals. By dealing with your behavioral patterns, you will learn how to influence them positively. In our training, you will work on your own social skills, sharpen your perception and learn to reflect on yourself and others. You will be able to recognize type-specific, restrictive behavioural patterns and lead conversations or conflict situations in a constructive and solution-oriented manner. After completing the course, you will be able to conduct professional, solution-oriented coaching conversations. You will also acquire further skills and competencies to accompany and support people in development and change processes.

The training builds on the Solution & Needs-oriented Coach course
Duration: 10 days
This course requires a sound basic training in solution-oriented coaching or similar. As a business coach and company mentor, you want to be able to accompany people in organizations and companies in change processes in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
