Transactional Analysis (TA)

TA is a psychologically based method. The comprehensible models and everyday concepts are suitable for better understanding people in their thinking, behavior and feelings, both in private relationships and in professional contexts. TA is

• a personality concept that helps to understand inner processes and life-history developments.
• a communication concept that offers the possibility of describing and changing interpersonal communication.
• a counseling and therapy concept that helps to promote individual growth and treat mental illness.

Transactional analysts work as consultants, as organizational developers, in leading and managerial positions, in educational institutions and as psychotherapists.

Training in transactional analysis and further certification options

• Introductory course in transactional analysis (TA 101)
  ➜ Provides an initial overview of transactional analysis
  ➜ Central models of TA: relationship - communication - personality
• Basic training in TA with recognized certification after 3 years
  ➜ Development of personal, social and professional skills
  ➜ Training for communication, consulting and management tasks
  ➜ Training in coaching, supervision and counseling
• Masterclass (advanced training)
  ➜ followed by the possibility of an international exam (Certified Transactional Analyst)
