For over ten years, I have been working with people and animals in my practice and enthusiastically sharing my knowledge with my students.

In my kinesiology training, I combine in-depth expertise with extensive practical experience. One thing is particularly important to me: You should not only learn methods, but also develop confidence in your own abilities.

That's why I teach in small groups, take the time to answer individual questions, and support you in your personal growth journey.

After all, a good therapist needs not only knowledge and techniques, but also self-confidence, empathy, and a willingness to continue growing as a professional.

My goal is for you to be able to forge your own path at the end of your training with joy, confidence, and a healthy dose of courage.

Whether it’s in-person training or online training with hands-on weeks—my focus is always on people, animals, and personalized support.

In my two-year kinesiology training program—which you can complete while working—you'll learn how to provide holistic support to people and animals.

This involves much more than just learning different methods. You'll develop your skills step by step, gain practical experience, and build confidence in working with your future clients.

Two educational paths—one common goal
In-person training: Classes are usually held once a month on weekends. You'll learn and practice together with your training group.

Online Training:I teach the theory during weekly Zoom sessions in the evenings. Three one-week in-person practice sessions ensure that you can apply and reinforce the techniques you’ve learned. Between sessions, you’ll practice on your own.

Why Humans and Animals?
Humans and animals are often more closely connected than we realize. Stress, pressure, and emotional issues can affect both.

That's why I incorporate both perspectives into my training. You'll learn to recognize connections and to support both people and animals on an individual basis.
