Coaching training

Do you see that many people are in need and don't know who to talk to about it? Would you like to learn how to support such people professionally and accompany them on their journey? Then the following two coaching courses are certainly an exciting option for you:

Personality & Life Coach

Personality coaches accompany their coachees in their personal development and growth. They help the coachee to find access to existing personal resources and to utilize their own strengths. They also support clients in gaining new perspectives on stressful circumstances and situations, reflecting on themselves and changing destructive patterns of behavior. Targeted questions that encourage reflection promote an unclouded view of personal talents, weaknesses, wishes and goals.

Life coaches deal with all issues that have an impact on the satisfaction of their clients. Life situations in which life coaching is useful are, for example, crises, conflicts or communication difficulties. Life coaches help their clients to discover personal resources and develop their own potential. The coaches support them with targeted questions and tools and encourage them to look at situations from a new perspective in order to find suitable and helpful solutions.

• Basic module: 3-day non-violent communication course
• Main module: 10 days, spread over 1 year

The training also includes

• Self-reflection
• Compulsory practice with other people/clients with short reports
• Learning tandem with classmates and reports about it
• 3 personal coaching hours (not included in the price)
• Intervision

Spirit Coach Training

Spirit coaches accompany and support people in different areas of life in their search for their own spirituality. They support clients in developing their creative potential, naming their visions, achieving goals, living their calling and finding their own personal access to the universal source of power. In addition, they support and accompany transformation processes while old patterns and imprints are dissolved.

Together with their clients, they look for ways to overcome obstacles on the path to developing their potential. Spirit coaches are themselves connected to the universal force, which is why they not only trust themselves in their work, but also the connection with the greater whole. They build on the understanding of integral psychology: Body, soul, spirit are one and are in balance with each other.

• 8-day course, spread over approx. 9 months

The training also includes:

Continuing education, further training

• Non-violent communication
  Do you feel a longing for compassion? Do you want your boundaries to be recognized? Are you looking for conflict solutions based on mutual respect, consideration and a common denominator? In this continuing education, further training you will learn about non-violent communication as a way of life, a basis for communication and a conflict resolution tool.

  Would you like to have authority at eye level when raising your children? Would you like to learn how to deal with conflicts and difficult situations within the family in a positive and constructive way? Do you need support in parenting? The introductory course strengthens you and your natural authority without you exercising power.

  Every person has imprints that make themselves unpleasantly recognizable as behavioural patterns in everyday life. Would you like to recognize and change your patterns? In this course, you will learn how to recognize and change your patterns.

  Are you a touch person and do you need mindful touch? Do you long for needs-centered communication during touch? Are you interested in learning simple massage techniques? In this continuing education, further training course, you will learn to experiment with closeness and distance and different qualities of touch in a safe and secure space.
