Ich habe 2025 mein Abschluss zum Technischen Kaufmann bei der SWS CH erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Ich schätze vor allem die freundliche Beratung zum Beginn des Kurses sowie die positive Lernatmosphäre im Unterricht. Auch die praxisnahe Lerninhalte und die kompetenten Lehrpersonen hatten einen sehr positiven Einfluss auf meine späteren Chancen auf den Arbeitsmarkt. Der Kurs war durch das Hybrid-Format sehr gut mit dem Alltag, Beruf und Freizeit vereinbar. Ich kann eine Weiterbildung bei der SWS CH klar weiterempfehlen!

Ich bin mit dem Lehrgang insgesamt sehr zufrieden und habe seit dem Abschluss nur Vorteile erfahren. Die gesamte Ausbildung war super angenehm und ich hatte wirklich Spaß. Durch die Flexibilität konnte ich auch meinen Job und Freizeit optimal damit verbinden. Ich wurde von Anfang bis Ende super betreut und mir wurde auch immer weitergeholfen. Egal ob ich das Sekretariat erreichen oder mit DozentInnen sprechen wollte, es war alles immer sehr unkompliziert!

Das Leadership Zertifikat SVF stellt als Coaching-Prinzip in den Mittelpunkt, was es für eine authentische Führungsrolle braucht: es geht um Beziehungsaufbau und achtsame Kommunikation und keinesfalls um Durchsetzungsfähigkeit oder eigenen Willen. Das war mein zentrales Learning. Die SWS ist auch für andere Kurse und Weiterbildungs-Ziele die richtige Adresse, weil sie echtes Interesse an Menschen zeigt und durch eine besondere Ausbildungs-Methodik meine empathischen Kompetenzen fördert und verstärkt.
