Die Dozentin war sehr kompetent. Es ist allerdings unglaublich schwierig, den Unterricht zu gestalten, so dass das Alters-/Erfahrungsgefälle und der berufliche Werdegang/die beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildungen berücksichtigt werden. Da könnte man sich überlegen, ob alternative und stufengerechte Möglichkeiten geschaffen werden könnten, z.B. durch Online-Schulung.

Für mich in meiner neuen Funktion als Ausbildungsverantwortliche hat sich die Teilnahme gelohnt und ich habe viel gelernt. Meine Fragen konnte ich einbringen und habe wertvolle Antworten und Informationen erhalten. Da ich aus Solothurn komme, war ich zunächst nicht begeistert, dass ich aus terminlichen Gründen den Kurs in Olten besuchen musste. Im Nachhinein bin ich darüber froh, dass ich genau diesen Kurs mit den beteiligten Lehrpersonen besuchen konnte. Gesamteindruck: sehr gut und empfehlenswert, Vielen Dank.

Es ist sehr toll, dass dieses Angebot an einer Schule hier in Olten angeboten wird. Es macht den Arbeitstag auch einfach und gut gestaltbar und nebenbei kann man gut die Schule besuchen.

Sehr stump vorgetragen. Absolut realitätsfern… Könnte man statt 40 Kursstunden auch in 5-7 Kursstunden präsentieren. Kaum informative Informationen bekommen. Viel verschwendete Zeit. Sinnlose Gruppenarbeiten, die man rein mit gesundem Menschenverstand selber reflektieren hätte können, statt unnötig 30-60min in Gruppen zu arbeiten.

Ich habe das ganze Programm super gefunden, von der Organisation zur Durchführung. Den einzigen Punkt, den man verbessern könnte, ist die Dokumentenablage. Es wäre vielleicht eine Option, die Schulungsunterlagen auf einem Sharepoint abzulegen, sodass man vor Beginn der Schulung und nach Beginn der Schulung alles an einem Ort zur Verfügung hat.

Ich hatte nur einen kurzen Kurs. Die Schule war gut, Toiletten sauber etc. Die LP war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich finde es fehlt ein Teil zur Vertiefung in der eigenen Branche (wie z.B. KV). Hier könnte man viel konkreter auf die Situationen aus dem Alltag eingehen, wie z.B. die Praxisaufträge und die speziellen Systeme wie Time2Learn.

War an einer Nachholbildung 2018 bis 2020 und hatte schon damals sehr guten Eindruck. Stoff ist halt manchmal spannender und manchmal gehört das halt einfach dazu und ist etwas trocken. Aber sehr gute Organisation, nette, kompetente Lehrpersonen. Letztlich kommt es immer auf einem selber an, was daraus wird.

Der Lehrgang war interessant und abwechslungsreich gestaltet. Was mich störte waren Teilnehmer die früher gehen mussten. Es waren immer die gleichen. Ich finde das respektlos gegenüber der Lehrperson.

Der Lehrgang war interessant und sehr lehrreich. Die Infrastruktur und Organisation der Schule waren gut. Wir wurden immer zeitnah im Voraus über Änderungen, wie z.B. Zimmerwechsel informiert.

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Lehrgang praxisorientierter wäre und die man mit einem guten Gefühl an die Prüfung gehen könnte. An den Prüfungen wurde vieles abgefragt, was im Lehrgang nicht behandelt wurde. z.T. wurden Informationen gelehrt, die nach weiteren Abklärungen nicht korrekt waren.

Im Grossen und Ganzen war es ein toller und sehr lernreicher Lehrgang, welchen ich wieder besuchen würde. Jedoch waren ein paar Sachen ein wenig mühsam: -Unterlagen und Lösungen zum teils nicht aktualisiert, dasselbe gilt für die gelösten Nullserien. Viele Mails während des Lehrgangs betreffend Zusatzstoff im Selbststudium, alte Prüfungen von letztes Jahr wurden nicht aufgeschaltet, nur diese von 2021

Sehr intensiv, aber lehrreich! Super Dozenten! Ich konnte sehr viel mitnehmen und werde die vielen Tipps und Tricks auch anwenden. Die Abendkurse waren anstrengend, aber perfekt geplant mit dem Stoff.
