Es hat alles super funktioniert und alle mit denen ich Kontakt hatte waren sehr freundlich. War alles tiptop, auch dass man lernen kann wenn man Zeit hat und trotzdem Unterstützung dabei hat.

Die Lernzielkontrollen, die kurzen Fragen am Ende eines Kapitels, die Zusammenfassungen und Lernziele. Sie zeigen gut auf, was einem erwartet, welche Punkte wichtig sind und zeigen, wo man steht. Die Praxisbeispiele fand ich sehr hilfreich.

Dass man sich die Zeit selbst einteilen kann und mit seinem persönlichen Lerntempo vorwärts geht fand ich besonders gut. Ein Austausch mit anderen Lernenden würde ich begrüssen.

Ich bin sehr berufstätig unterwegs darum die Flexibilität beim Fernkurs finde ich sehr gut am bestens. Meine ziele zum Fernkurs absolvieren ist meine tätigkeiten in Gastronomie Branche so vertiefen. Das habe ich beim Schweizer Gastronomie Fernschule gefunden und sehr gut könne erreichen.

Die Organisation, die sehr schnelle Reaktion auf Anfragen und die schnelle Zustellung der Unterlagen. Ich schätze es sehr, in meinem Tempo lernen zu können und die Feedbacks auf die Lernzielkontrollen so schnell zu erhalten. Ich habe in der LernBar nur die Lernkarten gelöst. Die 5 Karten waren gut, aber ich hätte gerne noch mehr zur Verfügung gehabt. Die Karten sind eine gute Kontrolle darüber, ob ich den Stoff verstanden habe.

Der Gastronomie online Kurs war für mich sehr Informativ und hilfreich. Die Kursbetreuung waren sehr freundlich. Ich habe diesen Gastronomie Kurs an einer meiner freunde empfohlen. In dem Ordner sind alle nötigen Angabe eines Gastronomie Service Kurs. LG ;)

Dozentin ist top und immer da, wenn man etwas braucht. Sie hat für (fast) alles eine Lösung. Ich war sehr froh um ihrer Unterstützung, konnte mich immer an sie anwenden. (Die anderen Mitarbeiter sind nicht weniger wert, hatte nur nicht so viel mit ihnen zu tun).

Lernzielkontrolle ist super. Schnelle Bearbeitung & schnelle Antwort auf E-Mails. Finde die Prüfungsgebühren etwas hoch, für das, dass es eine Single-Choice prüfung ist, wobei das Kontrollieren/Bewerten der Prüfung keine 5min an Anspruch nehmen wird. Sonst okay.

Ich konnte diesen Kurs machen, obschon ich 100% arbeite. Aufgrund der Pandemie, wären Präsenzkurse kaum durchgeführt worden. So konnte ich trotzdem diese Grundausbildung machen. Bei den Lernkarten ist es schade, dass meistens zwei Lektionen zusammen genommen wurden. Es wäre für mich effektiver gewesen jeweils nur zu einer Lektion Lernkarten zu haben.

Schnelle Rückmeldung bei den Lernkontrollen und Antwort auf Fragen per Mail/ Telefon. Eher teuer für einen Fernkurs. Einige Fragen in den Lernkarten sind eher grenzwertig betreffend ausländischen Personen, sollte in der heutigen Zeit angepasst werden.

Kurs ist sehr gut. Dadurch, dass ich die Prüfung im Schnelldurchlauf erledigt habe und nur ein Mal eine Frage an einen Dozenten richten musste, war das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis eher teuer.

Als ich fragen an euch hatte, bin ich stets super betreut worden. Die Antworten sind immer ausführlich, verständlich und schnell gekommen. Was ich sehr schätze! Euer Support ist auch wenn man nicht wie an eine Schule anwesend ist sehr verständlich und ich bin immer vollumfänglich informiert worden. Preis Leistung kann nicht besser sein! Vollkommen gerechtfertigt.

Die Lernzielkontrollen fand ich gut. Ich fand es sehr hilfreich vor der Prüfung schon Mal die Fragestellung gesehen zu haben und den ungefähren Aufwand abschätzen zu können. Ein Diskussionsforum wäre sehr hilfreich. Vielleicht auch die Möglichkeit allfällige Fehler oder Fragen auf spezifische Lernkarten direkt zu melden.

Man kann sich die Lernzeit selber einteilen. Ich war wohl einer der die Kursbetreuung nicht vielnin Anspruch nehmen musste. Für mich stimmte es, ich kam mit dem Lernmaterial gut zurecht.

Ich bin mit dem Fernkurs sehr zufrieden. Mit dem Kurs und der Unterstützung kam ich sehr gut durch alle Prüfungen. Würde ich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Leider wurde anfangs 2021 der neue BVG Ansatz nicht geändert. Erst als ich es im Mai meldete stellte man den Fehler fest. Bei den Lernkarten sind zum Teil Fragen 2 mal die gleichen enthalten. Ev. ist das extra.

Das selbständige einteilen meines Lernstoffes und das man nicht in die Schule rennen muss fand ich besonders gut. Ich hätte mir mehr Infos zur Buchhaltung und zum Wein gewünscht.
