Das Lernmittel war alles in allem sehr gut auf die effektive Prüfung abgestimmt. War positiv überrascht.

Manchmal konnte ich Sie gar nicht erreichen, manchmal wurde mir gesagt dass meine Betreuerin besetzt ist und das sie sich retou meldet. Sie hat sich nie retourgemeldet. Leider hat komunikation nur via Mail funktioniert. Bei dem letzten Prüfung war das Niveau auf einem komplet anderen Level als in den Unterlagen. Es waren auch ein Paar sachen bei dem Püfung die wir in den Unterlagen gar nicht hatten. Das alle wollte ich detailiert telefonisch weiterleiten. Leider hat sich bei mir niemand zurückgemeldet. Schade.

Ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Ein extra Plus für die rasche Bearbeitung aller Anliegen. Auch die einzelnen Prüfungen sind innerhalb eines Tages kontrolliert worden. Einfach toll!

Das Konzept, Support finde ich Toll, Organisation Absolut perfekt! Sucht & Prävention in der erste Runde ist etwas sinnlos. Ich muss mindestens 2-3 verschiedene Kurs machen anstatt 1. Ich meine: Ich brauche noch sehr viel Information für den Anfang.

Flexibilität fand ich besonders gut. Schnelle Korrektur der Lernkontrollen; ausführliche Antworten bei falsch beantworteten Fragen und rasche Rückmeldung im Allgemeinen auf E-Mails und Fragen. Super! Mehr Praxisbeispiele wären hilfreich sowie mehr Vorbereitung zur Zertifikatsprüfung, da es dort nur eine Übungsprüfung gab. Lernkarten sehr hilfreich und gut! unbedingt beibehalten. Es wäre gut, wenn es die Funktion gibt, dass man für sich selbst Lernkarten machen kann online und ergänzen. Zum Teil waren für mich Gebiete durch die Lernkarten zu viel bzw. zu wenig abgedeckt und nicht spezifisch für mich. Daher hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass ich selbst für mich noch Lernkarten gestalten kann und dann besser lernen (habe dann selbst Kärtchen gemacht aus Papier).

Das Lerntempo hat perfekt gepasst. Mehr Lernkarten erstellen, vorallem in Lektion 3 Weingebiete und Weine.

Der allgemeine Aufbau und die Möglichkeit jederzeit Unterstützung zu bekommen fand ich gut. Verbesserungspotenzial: weniger Lernkarten, denn mehr als 200 Lernkarten sind einfach zu viel meiner Meinung nach

Mann kann individuell lernen von wo aus man möchte. Man kann selbstständig den Stoff durchgehen ohne Zeitdruck zuhaben gleichzeitig kann man bei fragen immer beim Kursverantwortlichen sich melden und bekommt rasch eine Antwort. Die Kursunterlagen sind sehr gut und verständlich aufgebaut man könnte noch mehr einzelne Themen mit Praxisbeispiele erklären.

Für mich ist der Kurs hauptsächlich eine Anregung zum lernen und mir zu verschiedenen Themen Gedanken zu machen. Die Rückmeldung auf die Antwort war schnell und hilfreich! Ich hatte wenige Fragen und Interaktion. Mehr Praxisbeispiele wie sie in der Lernkontrolle als Situationsbeispiel mit freiem Text zu beantworten sind. Links in der Lernbar zu Videos mit Beispiel und Situationen wäre hilfreich. Solche Links könnten auch in den Kursunterlagen in den entsprechenden Kapiteln angegeben sein.

Die Korrektur der Prüfungen geht sehr schnell. Auch sonst bekommt man ziemlich schnell eine Antwort auf Fragen. Für einen reinen Fernkurs finde ich den Preis am obersten Limit.

Dass ich mir die Lernzeiten frei einteilen kann hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Kursunterlagen sind viel umfangreicher als das, was effektiv an der Prüfung verlangt wird. Im vergleich zum Stoff war die Prüfung extrem einfach.

Die Kapitel mit den Repetitionsfragen und die Lernzielkontrollen. Schnelle Lieferung des Kursmaterials. Effiziente Korrekturen meiner Lernzielkontrollen. Da ich keine persönliche Unterstützung (Kursbetreuung) in Anspruch nahm und mir alles selber beibrachte, war dieser Fernkurs eher zu teuer. Das Kursmaterial fand ich aber sehr gut.

Die Vorbereitung an den Modulprüfungen waren sehr gut ! Die Lernkarten sowie die Prüfungsbeispiele sind das wichtigste um das Ziel (Wirtepatent) zu erreichen, ohne die hätte ich sicher nicht viele Schritte gemacht. Manche Themen (Lohnabrechnung, Buchhaltung und alles was mit Rechnungswesen zu tun hat) sollte man mit mehreren Beispiele erklären
