Besonders gut fand ich die Betreuung, die Rückmeldungen auf die Lernzielkontrollen und dass man sich die Zeit selbst einteilen konnte. Sehr geeignet um sich neben einem 100% Job weiterzubilden.

Sehr guter Fernkurs. Alles sehr einfach zu bedienen, man kriegt undkomplizierte und angenehme Infos. Man bekommt Wein nach Hause geschickt für Modul 4, es wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn angegeben wird, wann der Wein zum Einsatz kommt. Ich hatte bei der Lernzielkontrolle den Wein leider nicht zur Hand.

Lernkarten, Lernbar fand ich besonders gut. Einige Prüfungsfragen sind nicht in den Unterlagen abgedeckt. Mehr Praxisbeispiele und weiterführende Literatur wäre wünschenswert.

Mit gefiel der Fernkurs, dass ich lernen konnte, wann ich Zeit hatte. Trotzdem hatte ich einen gewissen "Druck", vorwärts zu machen, da ich ja wusste, dass ich euch Lernzielprüfungen, etc. senden "musste". Perfekt für mich. Lernmethode mit Lernbar finde ich super.

Ich war mit der Organisation sehr zufrieden. Wenn ich eine Frage hatte, bekam ich die Antwort prompt. Für mich war sehr wichtig, dass ich die Zeit selber einteilen konnte. Ich brauchte fast 2 Jahre. Die Kursbetreuung war immer sehr gut. Während dem Fernkurs wurde mir bewusst, dass ich gerne in einer Gruppe gearbeitet hätte oder zumindest eine Vernetzung mit anderen Kursteilnehmer.

Es war immer jemand da der Auskunft geben konnte. Die Bewertungen der Prüfungen waren gut und auch gleich mit Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Ich hatte den Ordner und alles schnell bekommen und konnte sofort loslegen. Manchmal war es ein wenig schwierig rauszufinden was für die Prüfung wichtig war und was einfach "nice to know" war.

Unglaublich schnell in der Beantwortung von Fragen. Hat immer reibungslos geklappt! Kompetent, freundlich. Die Kursqualität, der Aufbau, die persönliche Betreuung und LernBar sind aus meiner Sicht die Kosten wert. Ist alles sehr professionell aufgebaut.

Ich habe keine Lernzielkontrollen gemacht und hatte fast kein Kontakt mit Kursbetreuung. Mache lieber und besser alles alleine. Wenn ich Fragen hatte, habe ich Unterstützung bekommen.

Kompetenznachweis Gastronomieführung. Die Kursunterlagen sind verständlich und interessant. Vielen dank für ihre seriöse Arbeit. Schon etwas kostspielig der Fernkurs. Der Ordner, das Lernprogramm und die online Betreuung sind dafür top.

Der ganze Lehrgang inkl. Prüfungsgebühren fand ich eher teuer (im Vergleich zu anderen Branchen und deren Weiterbildungen). Unverständlich fand ich, dass der Lehrgang in Luzern einiges günstiger angeboten wird als der im Kt. Aargau, obwohl die Themen im Lernkatalog praktisch identisch waren.

Ich bekam immer sofort Hilfe wenn ich was brauchte. Mehr Praxisbeispiele, Zusammenfassungen und Übungen in den Kursunterlagen wären wünschenswert. Insgesamt war der Kurs sehr gut.

Kompetenznachweis Gastronomieführung. Die Kurse sind sehr gut organisiert. Meine Anfragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Die Rückmeldungen der Kursbetreuerinnen waren hilfreich und haben mich zum lernen motiviert. Die beiden Ordner sind hilfreich und bilden zusammen mit den Online-Übungen eine gute Basis für die Prüfungsvorbereitung.

Die Unterlagen und Probeprüfungen fand ich im Fernkus besonders gut. Mehr davon wären super zur Verständnisprüfung. Die Lernkarten sollten vielleicht auch mit Multiple-Choice-Antworten sein - sonst viel zu schwer im Vergleich.

Ich kann mir meine Lernzeit selber einteilen und kann es in meinem Tempo machen. Ich finde es toll/gut wie schnell auf Fragen, Ungereimtheiten und Infos reagiert wird. Es ist einfach und klar verständlich geschrieben und egal was ist sie sind da.
