Ich habe mich zur jederzeit sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sehr informativ aber mit vielen Abwechslungen was sehr positiv war. Marc ist sehr auf die Bedürfnisse der Klasse eingegangen und ist allen sehr positiv begegnet.

Der Lehrgang dauert nur 2 Tage und deswegen habe ich nicht erwartet, dass ich bereits nach Kursabschluss einen Aktionsplan habe. Ich hätte mir mehr Theorie am Anfang gewünscht. Es wurden im Allgemeinen über die wichtigsten Gesetze sowie über die 10-ASA-Ansätze gesprochen. Zudem wurde viele Unterlagen abgegeben und/oder empfohlen für spätere Lektüre, sodass ich mich im Thema ASGS vertiefen und anschliessend in meiner Organisation spezifische einsetzen kann.

Für mich war die Schulung sehr informativ, da vor allem Dozenten mit richtiger Betriebserfahrung anwesend sind. Für mich ist wichtig das man praxisbezogen Unterricht anbietet. Auch die Gruppenarbeiten waren abwechslungsreich. Eventuell könnte man auf konkrete Beispiele aus den Firmen der Studenten eingehen und diese besprechen, wie man damit umgeht, wie gehandelt werden könnte..

Ich danke dem ganzen Team für den lehrreichen Kurs. Mir wurde einiges klar wo ich vorher nur Fragezeichen sah. Ich weiss jetzt auch wo ich mich informieren kann und es hilft mir sicherer aufzutreten. Die Dozenten waren alle sehr nett und die Beispiele aus dem Alltag fand ich sehr spannend.

Lehrmaterial sehr gut konzipiert und übersichtlich aufbereitet; Dozenten und alle weiteren Mitarbeiter von ALPN durchwegs freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer bemüht, auf Anregungen der Kursteilnehmer einzugehen; angenehmes Arbeits- und Kursklima in der Firma Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Präsentationen: Abkürzungsverzeichnis (ETSI, SIA, VKF etc.) anhängen - Schlussprüfung (Kompetenznachweis, HM1) bitte umorganisieren. Es macht keinen Sinn, die Prüfungen erst spät am Nachmittag abzuhalten, wenn die Teilnehmer schon erschöpft sind, besonders bei der Sommerhitze. Alternative: Unterricht online am Mittwoch --> Abschlussprüfungen am Donnerstag Vormittag.

Umsetzung war sehr praxisnah durch die Dozenten, das hat viel geholfen. Auch hat sich alles familiär und nahbar angefühlt. Theorievermittlung könnte ein wenig strukturierter sein, präziser und geordneter aufbereitet, ein zusammenfassendes Skript mit Grundwissen (Gesetze, wo man was findet etc.) statt einem ellenlangen Skript für die Spezialisten. Weniger Gruppenarbeiten bitte, sodass die Zeit effizienter genutzt werden kann und man sich weniger unwohl fühlen muss. Danke für eure Arbeit, hat mir gut gefallen :)

Meine Gesamteinschätzung ist sehr gut. Es hat ein sehr gutes Fundament bezgl. Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz gegeben und einen guten nachvollziehbaren Überblick verschaffen. Die Instruktoren waren zum Teil sehr begeistert und es hat Freude gemacht, ihnen zuzuhören, vor allem Rolf Hilker - er ist Hammer! Danke Rolf!

Die Gesamteinschätzung ist äusserst positiv. Die Dozenten sind sehr kompetent und verfügen ein starkes Wissen. Die Infrastruktur ist ebenso positiv, da die Schulungsräume auch für heisse Tage ausgestattet sind. Gratis Kaffee, Gratis Wasser ist ebenfalls ein plus.

Das gesamte Konzept von ALPN finde ich sehr gut gewählt. Falls ich den Spezialist ASGS noch mache, werde ich diesen bestimmt bei ALPN absolvieren. Fixe Kurstage machen das ganze leichter planbar für Personen, welche 100% beschäftigt sind. Ausserdem finde ich es sehr gut, dass sich der Unterricht nicht auf die Vorbereitungsaufträge stützt, wir sind alles Erwachsene meist in Führungspositionen und finden kaum die Zeit diese Aufträge auszuführen. Würde sich der Kurs auf die Vorbereitungsaufträge stützen, hätte ich jedesmal schon keine Lust auf den Schultag am Abend zuvor.
