Gemischt. Für meine Allgemeinbildung und meine Weiterentwicklung als Person war der CAS hilfreich. Zudem motivierend mich in neue Themen zu vertiefen. Ich hätte mir aber mehr Tiefgang und ein höheres Tempo gewünscht.

Für mich waren Pensum, Inhalt und Dauer der Weiterbildung perfekt abgestimmt.

Alles gut, der Unterricht war abwechslungsreich. Habe viele neue Themen gelernt und konnte mein Wissen auf den neuesten Stand bringen. Weiter so.

Gute Dozenten mit hohen Fachkenntnissen, sehr abwechslungsreiche Module / Themeninhalte, guter Praxisbezug, "Man" wurde wahrgenommen und ging immer auf die Bedürfnisse der Studenten ein. Ich hatte in beiden CAS eine sehr gut funktionierende Studentenklasse, obwohl die Situation mit den Online-Unterrichten (COVID) nicht immer einfach war.

Um neue Ideen und Impulse für Veränderungen im Berufsleben zu erhalten, eignet sich der Lehrgang "CAS New Quality Management" optimal.

Der CAS ist gut, sollte aber weiterentwickelt werden.Ich weiss, dass dies die erste Durchführung war, daher kann man das Nein etwas relativieren. Der Lehrgang sollte zwingend anhand der Feedbacks zu den einzelnen Modulen überarbeitet werden
