Ich würde die Weiterbildung bei der SAQ-QUALICON erneut buchen, da ich sehr zufrieden war mit dem übermittelten Wissen, welches mich nun als gut gewappnet in den Themen aufatmen lässt und ich selbstbewusst im Alltag gelerntes Anwenden kann.

Es war eine lehrreiche und intensive Zeit. Es hat sehr Spass gemacht und durch das war der Unterricht nicht so langweilig. Die Zeit ging sehr schnell durch. Ich finde es einfach ein bisschen schade, das wir nach Beendigung des Kurses das Diplom/Zertifikat nicht gleich erhalten haben.

Der Kurs war lehrreich und sehr abwechslungsreich und der Dozent hatte viel Fachwissen, welches er verständlich an die Teilnehmer weitergeben konnte.

Gute Weiterbildung, motivierte Lehrer, könnte je nach Modul etwas mehr Praxisbezug, Umgang mit realitätsnahen Problemen wie Zeit, Kosten, mangelnde Ressourcen mittels Adaption der Theorie auf diese Probleme vertragen.

Die Ausbildung war sehr interessant. Ich würde mir jedoch Gedanken zum Thema Datenmanagement machen, da es dort noch viel Potenzial gibt. Auch fand ich die Hausaufgaben teilweise zu viel. Schliesslich arbeiten wir alle noch parallel dazu, sodass es manchmal einfach ein „abwickeln“ der Aufgaben war. Aus meiner Sicht sollte es max.2h pro Woche sein. Ich darf aber sagen, dass ich wirklich zufrieden bin mit der SAQ.

Obwohl ich anfangs Schwierigkeiten mit der Thematik hatte, konnte ich für mich doch einiges abgewinnen. Ich habe keinen "Bürojob" und daher nicht die Zeit, die benötigt wäre. Und doch werde ich einige Methoden im hektischen Pflegealltag einsetzen: Ich denke, ich kann an Rapporten und Teamsitzungen ein paar einfache neu gelernte Methoden anwenden

War eine super Weiterbildung und hat meine Anforderungen genau abgedeckt. Vielen Dank für die spannenden Stunden in Olten. Alle Mitarbeiter und Dozenten waren alle sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Die Atmosphäre ist wirklich toll und es hat richtig Spass gemacht. Vielen Dank!!

Nützlich und praxisrelevante Themen. Bitte: Schulungsunterlagen jeweils alle mindestens mit Lehrgangsbeginn zur Verfügung (auf OpenOlat) stellen, nicht erst unmittelbar nach Lehrgangsende. Freue mich auf das dritte Modul 'Professional' im August.

Ich fand den Lehrgang wirklich gut. Die Dozentin ist Top, gute Beispiele, hat uns machen lassen und wenn nötig ihre Inputs abgegeben. Ist eine super Dozentin, sehr praxisnah und authentisch. Ich habe viel wieder gehört, aber auch neues dazugelernt. im August habe ich das nächste interne Audit geplant, und werde sicher die Unterlagen nochmals durchstöbern.

Es waren drei super Tage!! Die Unterlagen war aktuell, die Themenauswahl war genau richtig und relevant.Die Methodik des Unterrichts war sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Flipcharts der Dozentin waren sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Der Unterricht war abwechslungsreich gestaltet.

Grundsätzlich ist es für Personen, die im Alltag noch nicht so in der Thematik sind, teilweise etwas zu oberflächlich - war aber trotzdem sehr lehrreich und bin überzeugt, dass wenn man im Unternehmen das erlernte bereits nutzt, man extrem viel profitieren kann

War eine tolle Erfahrung. Tolle Dozenten und ein verständlicher Inhalt. Man hatte genug Zeit für Vorarbeiten, da die Abstände zu den Kurstagen sehr gut gelegt wurden. Auch der Kurstag selber war nicht zu lange und mit genügend Pausen. Danke!

Verschieden In-House Schulungen bzgl verschiedenster Themen und auch SoftSkills Training fande sehr gut und würde diese jedem empfehlen. Bei den Lehrgängen vor Ort sollten wohlmöglich bei bestimmten Tehmen kleiner Gruppen angesetzt werden

Ich finde das Angebot sehr gut. Einige der Dozenten sind selbständig unterwegs und bieten auch Beratung / Coaching an. Etwas, das SAQ Qualicon (leider) nicht mehr macht.

Ich hatte Spass an der Weiterbildung und an dem Austausch mit den kommunikativen Mitgliedern der Gruppe und Dozenten. Zu Herausforderungen im Alltag konnte sich gut ausgetauscht werden, die Tools waren allgemein schon bekannt und brachten keinen Mehrwert. Der Lehrinhalt war qualitativ teilweise nicht vollständig.
