Die Weiterbildung ist gut. Es besteht auch immer wieder die Möglichkeit ein paar wertvolle Kontakte und der den Teilnehmern zu knüpfen. Die Plattform eignet sich daher auch gut für das Netzwerk.

Absolut weiter zu empfehlen. Hilft um einen Rucksack mit den passenden Werkzeugen zu haben und man lernt auch danke der Audit-Werkstatt diese mal praktisch einzusetzen. Fachwissen und Kompetenz bei den Dozenten absolut vorhanden. Spannend wäre vielleicht eine Auditsequenz als Beobachter via VR-Brille zu sehen.

SAQ-Qualicon steht für Qualität und hat mich bis jetzt nie enttäuscht. Ich durfte bereits mehrere Kurse dort absolvieren einschliesslich mein MAS Quality Leadership. Ich habe sehr gute Erfahrungen dort gemacht. Daher werde ich noch viele andere Kurse dort besuchen.

Sehr gut, ich konnte vieles mitnehmen und werde es in der Praxis versuchen anzuwenden. Einige Themen betreffen mich in meiner aktuellen beruflichen Situation weniger, jedoch konnte ich einen Einblick gewinnen. Ich mochte den Start sehr, da er sehr praxisbezogen und der Stoff in einem optimalen Mass vermittelt wurde.

Nach anfänglichen Bedenken, ob der Kurs für mich die richtige Wahl ist, bin ich doch sehr zuversichtlich und glücklich über die Wahl gewesen. Die Themen waren interessant und sind vielfältig einsetzbar in vielen Bereichen. ich habe viel gelernt was ich in weiten Teilen meines Jobs einbringen kann. Der Unterricht wurde sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet (manchmal vielleicht zu viele Gruppenarbeiten). Die eingesetzten Medien und Methoden fand ich sehr gut, gerade den etwas spielerischen Bereich fand ich doch immer mal wieder sehr gut. Die Lage und die Schule an sich fand ich sehr gut die angebotenen Snacks auch beim bezahlten Preis hätte man sich aber vdl auch eine Verpflegung vor Ort gewünscht habe bei deutlich günstigeren Weiterbildungen schon eine Verpflegung gehabt. Enttäuscht hat mich nur leider die Parksituation mit den hohen Kosten für jeden einzelnen Schulungstag von fast 20 Franken dafür sollte eine bessere Lösung gefunden werden

Ich bin zufrieden. Gut organisiert. Auch Stellvertretungen wurden ohne Beeinflussung des Unterrichts arrangiert. Die Referentinnen und Referenten waren immer frühzeitig vor Ort und vorbildlich vorbereitet. Pausen mit Kaffee (und Gipfeli) habe ich sehr geschätzt. Generell, dass die Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt werden ist lobenswert.Der Unterricht war sehr abwechslungsreich, wenn man berücksichtigt, dass es um QM und Prozesse geht, was eher etwas trockene Materie ist. Ich persönlich mag sehr gerne Frontalunterricht und Informationsfluten. Gruppenarbeiten mag ich überhaupt nicht. Damit bin ich jedoch eine aussterbende Minderheit. Nur Frontalunterricht wäre der falsche Ansatz. Selbst einen Gruppenmuffel wie mir hat es viel gebracht in der Gruppe die Meinungen und Ansichten der anderen Teilnehmer zu hören. Olten ist sehr gut mit den ÖV erreichbar. Kurzer Fussmarsch zu Lokal, Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Alles richtig gemacht.

Open Olat war total verwirrend, der Rest ganz gut. Das Wissen ist da und das Rüberbringen klappt auch. Meiner Meinung nach wäre dies besser Online, aber das ist eine eigene Einstellung. Denn vor Ort hatte ich oft das Gefühl, die Zeit wird einfach rausgezogen, denn über Audits 2 Tage zu sprechen war wirklich tooooo much. Wenn es Online oder in ZH wäre, würde ich weiter machen.

Eine interessante Weiterbildung, von der ich sehr viele, theoretische Inhalte mitnehme. Ich persönliche sehe es als eine Möglichkeit in einem anderen Bereich arbeiten zu können. War spannend verschiedene neue Menschen und deren Berufsfeld kennenzulernen.

Hat mir Verständnis für meine tägliche Arbeit erläutert und mit auch aufgezeigt, wie ich bei uns in der Unternehmung allenfalls Verbesserungspotential erkennen kann und uns auch weiterbringen kann. Erreichbarkeit sehr gut mit dem Auto. Zu hohe Parkpreise, es sollte versucht werden, mit der Stadt Lösungen zu finden. Wenn mann umparkieren muss in der Pause unterbrechen unter Umständen wichtige Gespräche. Der Zwipf ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ev. würde ein Kiosk eine Aufwertung bringen.

Es war mein zweiter Kurs. Wobei mir der Advanced Kurs definitiv besser gefallen hat und ich dort auch mehr Inhalte in meinen Job übernehmen konnte. Dieser Kurs war mir besonders an Tag 2 und 3 zu theoretisch. Ich hätte gerne mehr praktische Übungen oder Gruppenarbeit gemacht.

Grundsätzlich sehr gut. Ich finde es etwas schade, dass der Lehrgang mit dem Zusatz "Basic" aus meiner Sicht etwas abgewertet wird. Der Lehrgang ist umfangreich und die Abschlussarbeit/Leistungsnachweis ist umfangreich und wird nach meinem Empfinden sehr hart und streng bewertet. Auch schade, dass "nur" mit einem internen Diplom abgeschlossen wird. Die Möglichkeit den Lehrgang als CAS zu absolvieren wäre ein klarer Mehrwert.

Es wurde sehr Praxisbezogen gelernt und kann somit sehr viel im Geschäft anwenden. Die Dozenten sind sehr unterschiedlich, aber sehr aufeinander abgestimmt. Verständlich erklärt, offen und hilfsbereit. Schulungsunterlagen informativ gestaltet, auf dem neusten Stand.
