Bio-Medica Fachschule GmbH has been training therapists in the fields of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), reflexology and massage since 1996. Bio-Medica pursues a clear vision in the field of complementary therapy and alternative medicine.
Our school is located in the beautiful and very centrally located Paulus quarter in Basel. You can easily reach us from the SBB train station by streetcar lines 1 or 8 ("Zoo-Bachletten" only 2 streetcar stops). With our proven modular training concept, we offer our students the basis for building a new professional future in the fields of complementary therapy, TCM and massage.
We are competent in the following areas:
Far Eastern healing arts, selected forms of massage and Western conventional medicine. The dialog between complementary and conventional medicine is important to us. However, we are also open to selected, reputable forms of energetic therapy (Open Therapy). Our aim is not to find the "absolute form of therapy", but rather to recognize and support everything that helps, alleviates and heals.
We want to train responsible therapists
Our students are prepared for their degree by the guidance of highly qualified lecturers and through goal-oriented tasks and learning assessments. Practical transfer is very important to us. We are OdA KT accredited and OdA AM accredited.
Our training courses meet the criteria and requirements of the EMR, ASCA, TCM Association, AVS, SVRT, OdA KT, OdA AM. The number of hours and content are continuously reviewed and adapted to the latest guidelines.
