Training in individual coachingCoaching PUR is our compact basic training in individual coaching (4 times 3 days).

It offers a sound introduction to solution-oriented coaching and prepares you for ICF certification. The training is suitable for anyone who wants to learn coaching professionally and apply it directly.

Our 7-day training course provides you with the most important tools and methods for resolving team conflicts, strengthening collaboration and making progress visible. Ideal for managers, team coaches, consultants and agile coaches.

Coaching in leadershipThe coaching course for managers (3 times 2 days)

This course is aimed specifically at managers. You will learn how you can use coaching in your role to strengthen employees, promote progress and create clarity in complex situations.
