Our training programs are designed to be part-time and combine sound psychological knowledge with personal development and practical application. As a training institution recognized by the SCA and the SGfB, we stand for quality, a sound technical foundation and a clear professional orientation.

A structured learning framework creates space for in-depth self-reflection, new perspectives and sustainable integration. The focus is on more than just methodological knowledge: You develop inner clarity, a reflective attitude and the ability to accompany people effectively. This creates competence that is sustainable in everyday life.

Personal development:

• Journey of discovery (12 months): Combines sound psychological understanding with intensive self-reflection and practical transfer.
• Inspirational journey (4.5 day retreat): For clarity, alignment and a conscious next step.

Courses:

• Certified Transpersonal Coach (10 days).
• Graduate coach in psychosynthesis (17 months)
• Diploma in Psychosocial Counseling (3 years)
• Company mentor with Federal Professional Examination Diploma, preparatory course for the Federal Professional Examination (15 days).

• Information evenings (free of charge, participation also possible online) on personal development, coaching and counseling services

Workshops/courses:

• Varied range of workshops and courses in psychology, social sciences and health.

Yoga:

• Yoga flow lesson, every Wednesday evening from 6.30 pm or 7.30 pm

CBZ Coaching- und Beratungszentrum Schweizer:

• CBZ Schweizer, based in Rheinfelden, combines many years of experience in coaching, consulting and supervision. The focus is on the professional support of people in personal and professional development processes - well-founded, practical and individually tailored.
