For over 30 years, the aeon Training Center in Rheinfelden has been dedicated to in-depth personal development, coaching, and psychosocial counseling. Psychosynthesis is at the heart of our work, integrating depth psychological, humanistic, and transpersonal approaches into a holistic understanding of human development.

Certified Psychosocial Coach
Part-time coaching training based on psychosynthesis—thorough, practical, and personality-oriented.

Certified Psychosocial Counselor (female) / Certified Psychosocial Counselor (male)
Comprehensive training in psychosocial counseling. Upon fulfilling the relevant requirements, this program leads to the professional title of SGfB Counselor and prepares students for the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) leading to a federal diploma.

Company Mentor with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education
Practical training for the professional support of individuals in organizational learning, development, and change processes.

Certified Transpersonal Coach
A compact, 10-day coaching training program featuring psychological depth, mindfulness, and a transpersonal perspective.
