ENAIP Internationaler Bund GmbH (ENAIP IB) creates (further) education for people of all backgrounds and previous education, especially for those who normally have difficulty accessing it.

ENAIP IB's educational programs are designed for employees who wish to advance their careers or pursue continuing education, further training—particularly in the fields of construction and building maintenance.

ENAIP IB attaches great importance to the quality of the courses it offers. Accordingly, ENAIP IB has been certified since the introduction of the eduQua certificate in 2000. In addition, ENAIP IB is recognized by parity funds such as Parifonds, Gimafonds and Temptraining.

ENAIP IB offers a wide range of educational programs, including training and continuing education in the fields of construction and building maintenance, as well as integration and language courses at levels A1 through B2:

Building industry

• Federal VET Diploma bricklayer, Federal VET Diploma plasterer as part of catch-up training in accordance with Art. 32 BBV, in German or Italian language of instruction
• Construction Foreman FA, with instruction in German or Italian
• Construction Foreman FA, modular course to prepare for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Italian language of instruction

House maintenance (only in German)

• Entry-level course Caretaker Express (no prior knowledge required)
• Federal VET Diploma in operational maintenance as part of catch-up training in accordance with Art. 32 BBV
• Janitor FA, modular course to prepare for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education
