Our programs develop your personality through adventure. We offer you a genuine and holistic learning experience in which you will learn the following key skills:

You discover the power of a shared vision for leading teams. You will learn how to lead a team in order to achieve a common goal.

You learn by setting up and founding a meaningful company from scratch.

You work on a specific project together with people from different cultures.
- Work in a virtual environment
You will work virtually in a team and learn about the advantages and limitations of virtual teamwork.
We believe in "learning by doing"
Learning by doing
Our approach is based 100% on learning by doing: instead of studying concepts and theory in a seminar room, you will be given a real entrepreneurial challenge in a growing market. We believe that you develop best when you move outside your comfort zone.
Two professional coaches will accompany you on your learning journey and equip you with all the tools and methods you need to act as an entrepreneur and acquire modern leadership skills.
All this comes as a part-time program with 16 learning days in 5 modules during a time frame of 6 months. There is one intensive week in the respective country where you work together with your social entrepreneur. Between the modules, you should plan an average of 4 hours per week for virtual teamwork.
You can participate as an individual or in a group of no more than 5 candidates from the same company.
Life Long Learning after the program
Your development as a next-generation leader continues after you complete the program. A series of lifelong learning experiences will support you as a leader: You will stay in touch with us through our bi-annual video calls. Receive a monthly report from your social enterprise. Meet your team and other alumni in our LinkedIn alumni group and receive updates on our Teamwork platform Connect with leaders from other industries and countries to share knowledge and experience in our Learning Partnership Program. Come to the BOOKBRIDGE Summit, which takes place every two years in Europe.
Costs
The participation fee is €12,500. You will receive an early bird discount of €1,000 if you register 6 months before the start. The fee includes 16 learning days and 3 individual coaching sessions over a period of 6 months. Travel costs to the modules are not included. Depending on where you live, you will need to add €2-4,000 for accommodation, meals and transportation.

Admission criteria
For inclusion in our programs, we are mainly interested in your motivation and what you would like to take away from your experience.
It is also necessary that you
- have at least 3 years of work experience
- has a solid command of English
- invest the necessary time on your part
If your company pays for your participation, we recommend taking a look at the return on investment of your participation.
