Integral coaching is holistic coaching. And so are our training courses. We see people as a whole and work systemically on the following levels: Body - Mind - Soul - Emotions

Multi-level training in 5 modules of 2 days each. The modules are self-contained and can be booked individually.

This 10-day basic coaching course (modules 1-5) helps people in their private, personal and professional lives to face difficult situations with confidence and to support others with sound psychological knowledge.

• After the training you will receive a certificate and have the opportunity to take a written and practical examination to obtain the Integral Coach Diploma.
• You will work on students' own case studies in a practice-oriented way, you will work on real cases from our practice and you will benefit from the exchange of experiences in the plenum.
• You will receive individual support throughout your training.
• You will receive scientifically sound training, theoretical background knowledge and practical tools.

Target audience:

The Integral Coach Diploma training(10 days in 5 months) is suitable for people who are interested in supporting and advising people. Executives, managing directors, HR managers, case managers, employment agents, nursing staff, educators, consultants and coaches, as well as people from all professional fields.

Preliminary course Company mentor Federal FA(11.5 days): Aimed at people with professional experience who wish to expand and deepen their coaching skills. The certificate confirms that they are able to support individuals in their work and professional environment in learning, change and development processes. After completing the Integral Coach Diploma course or another coaching course, you can complete the preliminary course to become a company mentor.

The training to become an Integral Coach is a practice-oriented and holistic training course lasting 5 months.

We offer the 10-day, six-month Integral Coach Diploma training course at various locations in the Swiss midlands. It begins in spring, early summer or fall, depending on the training location. The training consists of 5 modules of 2 days each, spread over six months and an examination day.

Building on the Integral Coach diploma, we offer the preliminary course to become a company mentor, which enables you to take the examination for the federal certificate. Our training courses are subsidized by the federal government, i.e. if you pass the federal mentor exam, up to 50% of the training costs will be reimbursed by the federal government.
