kv pro emerged in 2021 from the continuing, further training programs of the Basel Commercial School KV Basel and Avanti KV Weiterbildungen. This makes kv pro AG the largest provider of extra-occupational continuing education, further training for business management skills in the region of Northwestern Switzerland with teaching locations in Basel-Stadt, Liestal and Münchenstein.

With three locations, different time models and varying intensities of continuing education, further training is flexible and attractive for active professionals. As lifelong learning has become a prerequisite for a successful professional life, the combined power of kv pro promises more education for more professionals in the region. The commercial associations of Basel-Stadt and Baselland are the joint owners of kv pro AG. The product portfolio includes courses in commercial and business management professions, from clerical level to degree and postgraduate courses at the College of Higher Education for Business.

As kv pro, we are committed to higher vocational education and training and are one of the largest providers of part-time continuing education, further training in the commercial sector in Northwestern Switzerland. Originating from the continuing education, further training and management training of the KV Basel business school (Basel-Stadt) and Avanti KV Weiterbildungen (Baselland), we have been shaping commercial education in the region for more than 150 years. We are committed to high quality standards in order to provide our customers with the best possible preparation for the professional challenges of our time. At our teaching locations in Basel, Liestal and Münchenstein, we offer continuing education, further training in all commercial specializations and at all common (NQF levels).
