wilob AG was founded in 1999 with the idea of spreading systemic resource-oriented thinking in Switzerland. Following Prof. Dr. Klaus Grawe, we are convinced that successful therapy/counselling activates resources. In a world full of problems, we find it more helpful to focus on goals and intentions for change instead of remaining in the problem perspective.

Systemic therapy/counseling aims to integrate different perspectives and findings from various scientific disciplines. This makes it possible to develop broad and complex perspectives on problems and situations and to combine different approaches.

Over time, the results of research have become increasingly important and the link to practice essential. The inclusion of science serves to promote quality, ethics and professionalism in systemic therapy/counseling and to ensure sound and effective practice.

Our continuing education, further training inSystemic, resource-oriented psychotherapyleads to the protected title of federally recognized psychotherapist upon successful completion. The continuing education, further training is recognized by the leading professional associations FSP, ASP, SBAP, Systemis and the SGPP.

Our continuing education, further training inCoaching / Organizational consultinglead to the CAS UAS in Coaching / Organizational Consulting upon successful completion (in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, HWZ). The continuing education, further training is BSO and Systemis recognized.
