We are a Swiss educational institution based in Zurich. We are dedicated to in-service training and continuing education, further training in the areas of coaching, mentoring, communication and counseling.

FOCUS

Our focus is on scientifically and neurobiologically based training as well as proven models and core competencies from coaching (ICF - International Coaching Federation). Without myths, we concentrate on proven knowledge and you get to know tools that can be immediately translated into practice.

LEARNING & TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

• High practical component: With a 70% practical component, we enable you to gain the greatest possible practical experience in order to gain confidence and routine with the training content. You will experience for yourself how effective the training techniques and methods are before you accompany other people.
• Knowledge transfer: We consciously distance ourselves from traditional frontal teaching and operate on a personalized level as well as in a lively teaching culture - authentic and close to everyday life.
• Trainer team: Our trainers are experienced coaches with many years of experience in coaching and change processes. Their areas of application range from sport, business and marketing to work and career. They are constantly undergoing further training and keep pace with scientific findings.
