Systemic Factors – Highlighting What Works

System constellations bring to light what often seems hidden in relationships, families, and professional contexts. By visually representing a system, relationships, roles, and unconscious dynamics become apparent, opening up new perspectives.

My approach is holistic: In addition to the specific system, I also take into account personal development, perception, communication, and individual experiences.

In my training and continuing education, further training programs, I combine a solid theoretical foundation with extensive practical experience. Participants learn to perceive systems, recognize interconnections, and facilitate constellations confidently and responsibly.

The training program is designed for individuals in therapeutic, counseling, and helping professions, as well as for anyone interested in gaining a thorough understanding of systemic constellations and integrating them into their current work.
