The Coaching Center uses competence-oriented and practical forms of learning that are scientifically sound. We attach great importance to practical implementation with qualified, experienced teaching coaches in an inspiring learning environment.
In small groups, we promote the unique resources and strengths of all participants. Our continuing education, further training courses help participants to find their own personal and professional purpose and to make a lasting impact both internally and externally.

We teach selected tools and techniques that promote personal development, agility and resilience in a targeted manner. In this learning process, we holistically incorporate influencing factors such as environment, behavior, skills, beliefs and values.

Federally and internationally recognized qualifications:Our continuing education, further training courses lead to federally (specialist certificate and diploma) and internationally (CAS, MAS) recognized qualifications.
Federal contributions for federal examinations:If you pass a federal examinations, you will receive up to 50% of the course fees reimbursed by the federal government.
Above-average success rate:The coaching center has an above-average success rate. We achieve this success thanks to our proven training concept and intensive and professional exam preparation.
Five locations - and digital:Our continuing education, further training courses take place in Olten, Basel, Bern, Lucerne, Zurich or digitally.
Renowned training partners:The Coaching Center runs CAS and MAS courses in cooperation with the University of Teacher Education Zug (UTE Zug). We are a training partner of the Professional Association for Coaching, Supervision and Organizational Consulting (bso).
eduQua-certified:The coaching center has been eduQua-certified since 2010. EduQua is the Swiss quality label for providers of continuing education, further training. It promotes transparency, comparability and quality of further education courses.

Module 1:Resilience Coach - Discover and apply: Strengthening resilience and gaining initial mentoring experience
Module 2:Resilience CoachPLUS - Develop and implement: Deepening theory and expanding the variety of methods
Module 3Resilience trainer - Train and reflect: Designing, leading and evaluating trainings; focus on adults or children/young people

CAS Agile Team Coaching and Supervision
Module 1:Group dynamics - experience group dynamic processes
Module 2:Accompanying processes and methods - Clarifying assignments and planning accompanying processes
Module 3:Practical transfer and reflection - putting it into practice and reflecting on it
Conclusion:CAS Agile Team Coaching and Supervision (15 ECTS)
MAS Coaching, Resilience and Supervision
The course consists of four modules - three CAS courses that can be completed flexibly and the final Master's module:
- CAS Coaching (15 days / 15 ECTS)
- CAS Resilience Training (16 days / 15 ECTS)
- CAS Agile Team Coaching and Supervision (16 days / 15 ECTS)
- Master's module (20 days / 15 ECTS)

What is the difference between coaching training and training as a company mentor with a federal certificate?
There are many very different coaching training courses and continuing education, further training programs. While some focus on specific industries, others teach more general techniques and tools. As the name suggests, training as a company mentor is characterized by the acquisition of a federal certificate. Mentor training is characterized by the acquisition of a federal certificate. If you pass this Federal Professional Examination, you will receive the title of Certified Coach SCA from the Swiss Coaching Association (SCA). This is therefore a recognized coaching training course in Switzerland, which is in demand in many companies.
Which continuing education, further training is ideal for you depends largely on your professional goals, the desired area of application and your personal preferences.
If you would like to work as a coach and consultant for companies and position yourself on the market as a recognized specialist, then the professional certificate in business mentoring is the right choice. Mentor is the right choice. If you would like to use your coaching skills flexibly in different contexts, especially as an additional qualification to an existing role, then we recommend the CAS Coaching.
