Swissmem is committed to future-oriented education at all levels - from the promotion of young talent to vocational education and training (VET) and higher vocational education and training (PET) through to Universities. This is the starting point for technological, economic and social development.

Swissmem Vocational Education and Training has been strengthening the promotion of young talent in the tech industry for many years and supports companies in shaping vocational education and training (VET) in a future-oriented and practical way. As a recognized industry organization, it develops training plans, qualification procedures and learning media for technical professions and ensures high-quality, uniform training for apprentices.

The Swissmem Academy complements this commitment with courses, seminars and in-house continuing education, further training for specialists and managers. The practice-oriented continuing education, further training courses promote direct transfer into everyday working life. With modern methods, experienced trainers and a strong connection to the industry, it creates effective courses that strengthen companies and employees.
