My name is Simone Joss and I am the course director for the "Health & Social Affairs" courses at the Feusi Training Center - including training to become a company mentor and a company mentor.

Our goals with regard to continuing education, further training in the social field include all soft skills as well as the acquisition of skills in relevant areas of counseling. For example, a company mentor accompanies individuals in their field of work and profession during learning, change and development processes. They design and plan these development processes, carry them out, moderate conflicts and ensure the quality of the change and development processes. The Company Mentor course is designed to prepare participants for the Federal Diploma of Higher Education in a solid and practical manner.

Who is the Company Mentor course particularly suitable for?

At the time of the Federal Professional Examination, graduates must have four years of professional experience, as well as confirmation of the nine required reflection sessions, a self-guided reflection and a written report on the personal development process.

How much does this course cost as preparation for the Federal Professional Examination?
- Continuing education, further training as a company mentor takes three modules (approx. one year) and costs CHF 9,900.
- The registration fee is a one-off charge of CHF 210.
- Books, teaching materials, copying costs and any examination fees will also be invoiced.
- Individual sessions with recognized companions are also invoiced separately.
- It is important to know that 50% of the training costs can be reclaimed from the federal government after completing the Federal Professional Examination as a company mentor.
