Who are you and what is your professional background to date?
My name is Rolf Schmalz. I am 57 years old and have completed many apprenticeships and continuing, further training courses in my life. I have also worked in a wide variety of industries. Since 2017, I have been an entrepreneur with my own school, Art of Formation - continuing education, further training WBA. What started with 18 students now has 160 students.
