Please tell us about yourself and your career to date.

I am Michael Kleiner. I am a course supervisor for higher vocational education at WISS in St. Gallen. I originally worked in sales. I completed an apprenticeship as a retail specialist and additional continuing education, further training in sales. I gained a lot of professional experience in this field in a large company. I then switched to vocational training and initially supervised apprentices in various sectors. From this activity in basic training, I later switched to higher vocational training as part of adult education. In my role, I supervise various courses in business, IT and real estate and support our students in their studies. This also includes theDegree program in Business Information Systems CHE.
