My name is Fabio Parati and I am responsible for the SME Management Specialist course at the SIU School. I originally trained as an EFZ retail specialist. As a division manager at SportXX, I took over the technical and personnel management of 4 employees. I am currently attending the SME management specialist course myself and can therefore report directly on my experiences.

Who is the SME Management Specialist course particularly suitable for?

The SME Management Specialist course is aimed at all persons who work in an SME management position or are on their way there. There are no specific requirements for attending the course at SIU. However, in order to register for the federal examination, you must have an EFZ and two years in a management position in which you have managed at least two employees (including apprentices).
