Betriebsleiter/in in Facility Management HF, wie diese Fortbildung nun heisst. Bei einer berufsbegleitenden Ausbildung verlängert sich der Kurs um ein Jahr im Vergleich zu einem Vollzeitstudium und zwar auf 4 Jahre. Sollten Sie über einen Abschluss zum/zur Fachmann Hauswirtschaft EFZ / Fachfrau Hauswirtschaft EFZ oder Hotelfachmann EFZ / Hotelfachfrau EFZ verfügen, so verkürzt sich die Ausbildung auf 3 Jahre berufsbegleitend.

Muss ich für die Ausbildung zu hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleiter unbedingt eine Lehre zum Fachmann Hauswirtschaft haben?

Es ist nicht zwingend notwendig, dass Sie über ein eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis EFZ zum Fachmann Hauswirtschaft bzw. zur Fachfrau Hauswirtschaft verfügen. Auch mit anderem EFZ respektive ganz ohne Berufslehre können Sie nach einer Eignungsabklärung und gegebenenfalls einer Gleichwertigkeitsabklärung zur Weiterbildung an der Höheren Fachschule in Facility Management zugelassen werden.
