The aim of the basic course without Kanban Certification is to enable participants to set up and operate their own system, whether at an operational, coordinative or strategic level. To this end, the Kanban basics are taught first, with a focus on the flow experiment, a Kanban overview and the Kanban basic system. The topics of workflow, work in progress, problem handling and operations and metrics are then covered.

No special prior knowledge is required for the IFA's "Start Kanban" seminar. However, solid basic knowledge and practical experience with Kanban are essential for the Kanban Certification "Optimizing Kanban", as is the willingness to communicate and share this knowledge with others.

The advanced Kanban Certification Training is aimed at people who have already gained practical experience with Kanban and would like to deepen their knowledge.
