Wage increase after completion of the "Specialist in Business Organization (FPE)" course

A small majority of graduates receive a salary increase shortly after completing the "Specialist in Business Organization" course. This is usuallyUp to 30 % more pay- but can be even higher. However, the size of the salary increase after completing this continuing education, further training also depends heavily on the position someone was in beforehand.

Financial benefits of continuing education, further training as a business organization specialist

As a specialist in business organization, Vanessa will receive CHF 1,508 more per month than before and will therefore have at least CHF 716,880 more at her disposal by the time she retires than if she had not done any continuing education, further training.

As this theoretical calculation does not take into account any further salary increases, promotions or interest on savings, the salary can still increase significantly.
