Self-development refers to the realization of the aforementioned points and aims to bring one's own being to fruition and thereby exploit one's individual talents and possibilities. Self-development means leading the life you want to lead, which leads to well-being and success.

You discover new talents when you dare to try something new. When you push yourself to your limits. And not always saying straight away that you can't do this or that because you've never done it before. This process is possible at any time and should always take place in life. Of course, this is particularly important for "discovering your own talents" in childhood in order to give life the best possible direction.
