In principle, the transformation coach training is open to anyone who is interested in the subject.

It is particularly suitable for therapists, coaches, counselors, teachers, psychologists, supervisors and other people who want to learn family constellations and systemic coaching in individual counseling.

Also suitable for career changers.

A transformation coach accompanies heterogeneous teams consisting of people from different hierarchies, specialist disciplines and personalities in an agile innovation process. They ensure quality and success on four levels:

• Individual development and realization of the potential of individual team members
• Developing efficient and effective collaboration as a team
• Development and realization of a value contribution for the effective and entrepreneurial solution of an existing problem in the company
• Identification of framework conditions in the existing corporate system that hinder entrepreneurial and customer-centric work in the field (beyond the agile project)

In a transformation coach training course, you learn:

• Procedure and process steps of a consultation and constellation
• Interpretation of the actual image, body language, possible interventions, different styles, systemic (solution) sentences, conclusion
• Constellation work with the system of origin and the present
• Importance of the relationship with parents and possible consequences of entanglements
• Working with the inner child: model, processes and effects, in self-awareness and theory
• Process work with inner parts, fears, survival strategies and attachment patterns
• Trauma in constellations, avoidance of re-traumatization
• Other topics such as illness and symptom constellations, dealing with victim-perpetrator dynamics, the lost twin, etc.
• Importance of projection and resolution in the installation
• Perception and self-awareness exercises, own processes
• References to the mental and spiritual dimension of the human being

Transformational coaching supports employees in change processes. Transformational coaching is a holistic form of coaching. The aim is self-awareness and the resulting change. Systems theory principles are used to give you and others new perspectives on organizations and change processes.

A business transformation coach has the following tasks:

• to support, accompany and inspire a company in business transformation processes in a targeted and efficient manner
• to advise and support companies in successfully managing change processes in the long term
• Raise awareness of the role of top management, executives and project managers in initiating and implementing change projects as drivers of change
• develop and present change strategies
• apply the basics of change psychology and systemic conflict management
• Improve individual development and potential development of individual team members and collaboration

There are many different forms of coaching for almost every life situation. However, transformational coaching is characterized by its holistic approach. The focus is on the individual with all their values, beliefs and needs. The transformational coach therefore does not focus on solving a specific problem, but rather strives for comprehensive change. Transformational coaching can help to recognize, question and change entrenched patterns of behaviour and beliefs. Emotions are given the space they need to unfold. You get to know your true needs and draw new strength for the challenges of everyday life.

The Transformation Coach training costs between CHF 2,500 and CHF 9,000, depending on the scope and duration of the training. Ask the school of your choice about the costs. It is also important to clarify which qualification can be obtained and what is included in the costs.

A systemic transformation coach uses systems theory principles to enable new perspectives on organizations and change processes. This makes it possible to solve complex problems (so-called "wicked problems") that were previously unsolvable due to operating within existing system structures.
