In the area of sales, we recommend the following courses / continuing education, further training:

  • Sales - Public seminars / Seminars for individuals
  • Sales Assistant / Sales Clerk Sales (Certified)
  • Sales courses (cert.) - however: with many short courses, career opportunities are significantly lower than with a recognized qualification.
  • Federally recognized qualifications would be:
    • FPE sales specialist
    • Sales Manager AFPE

As you can see for yourself, the range of training and continuing education, further training in sales is very high, so you will find a variety of different courses that are suitable for a wide range of target groups. Not only experienced salespeople can take part in sales training courses, but also people who have little or no experience in sales. In such a case, it is best to choose seminars for private individuals, training as a sales assistant or sales clerk, sales courses or possibly even basic training (apprenticeship) as a retail specialist Federal VET Diploma.
