Gut: Dass der Text sehr leserlich und verständlich gegeben ist. Man hat Lernkarten die sehr hilfreich und gut für eine Revision ist. Die Probeprüfung st auch sehr Prüfungsnah. Das hat mit sehr gefallen weil damit ist man für die echte Prüfung gut vorbereitet und kennt den Typus schon. Meine Verbesserungsvorschläge: Die Übungen sollten intensiver werden. Die Fragen sind sehr einfach und einbisschen oberflächlich. An der Prüfung hat man einbisschen verdrehte Fragen und weniger direkte Fragen. Deshalb wäre es gut das man schon mit solchen Typen gelernt hat. Sie haben auch angegeben, dass die Verarbeitungszeit 4-8 Stunden beträgt. Das ist nur wenn man das durchliest. Aber wen man den Lernstoff verarbeitet, hat man pro Lektion sicher 12 Stunden. Das ist eine leichte Täuschung und ich finde das wäre nur fair, wenn Sie das auch so angeben würden.

Die digitalen Lernkarten fand ich besonders gut. Bei der Mehrwertsteuer hätte ich mir mehr Übungen gewünscht.

Die 4 - 8 Stunden, die Sie angeben als ungefähre Lernzeit pro Kapitel, finde ich persönlich zu wenig. Vor allem wenn man nicht aus der Branche kommt. Die Kursunterlagen brauchen mehr Übungen. Ordner nochmals auf Rechtschreibefehler genaustens kontrollieren. Nur geprüfte Ordner an die Studenten verschicken. Es nützt nichts, wenn Sie in Bern alles kontrolliert haben im Computer, aber die Ordner immer noch falsch gedruckt sind....

Sehr gut organisiert, schnelle Rückmeldungen, gut verständliche Schulungsunterlagen/-Inhalte. Hilfreich war für mich,, dass ich erst kürzlich das Wirtepatent erworben habe, teilweise also eine Repetition für mich.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Kundenbetreuung wie auch alle anderen Dienstleistungen, kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Was mir Persönlich gefehlt hat ist der jeweilige Lösungsweg bei den Berechnungsaufgaben in der Probeprüfung.

"Betreuung" und Atmosphäre während Kurs top - während Prüfung flop (absolut unpersönliche, kalte, nicht produktive Atmosphäre). Die raschen Antworten bei Fragen, die übersichtliche Lernbar haben mir gefallen.

Kurs insgesamt genügend. Als die Prüfung zur rechten Zeit abgeschickt wurde,aber nicht korrigiert wurde hat niemand nachgefragt was los ist . Doch bei der Nachfrage bekam ich schnell Antwort. Niemand erkundigt sich wie weit das man für die Prüfung schon bereit ist. Hätte gerne noch eine korrigierte Abschluss Prüfung

Ich bereite mich für die Führung eines eigenen Betriebes vor. Besonders gut am Fernkurs finde ich: Dass man sich die Zeit selbst einteilen kann, sich aber gleichzeitig am vereinbarten Zeitfenster halten soll.

Dass ich flexibel lernen kann an jeder Tageszeit fand ich gut. Ich hätte gerne die Lehrnzielkontrolle am Ende des Moduls, aussführlicher. Ähnlich wie die Probeprüfung, oder das die Probeprüfung vom Experten auch korrigiert wird.

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Organisation. Die Rückmeldungen der Kursbetreuung waren gut, aber für mich manchmal schwierig zu beurteilen. Weil es sehr nach Lehrbuch war. Wusste dann nicht ob ich den Ordner auswendig zur Prüfung lernen muss und das hat mich ein bisschen unter Druck gesetzt. Es wäre super, wenn man sich untereinander noch austauschen könnte.

Zum Teil fand ich beim Lehrmittel den Lernstoff etwas kompliziert beschrieben einige Sachen waren drin, die ich unnötig fand & er hat sich auch ein bisschen wiederholt zwischen den verschiedenen Themen.

Teilweise wurden Fragen an der Prüfung gestellt, die nirgends im Stoff erwähnt wurden oder tlw waren die Bereiche von Prüfungen ganz anders gewichtet, als das es der Prüfungsstoff suggestiert Bsp Brandschutz/ Arbeitssicherheit/1. Hilfe. Schwerpunkt auf Arbeitssicherheit im Stoff. Prüfung war zu 90% über Brandschutz

Ich lerne am besten durch Praxisbeispiele. Beim Thema Ausländerrecht hätten mir Praxisbeispiele gut geholfen, insbesondere auch da es ein wichtiger Punkt bei der Prüfung war. Einziger Mangel aus meiner Sicht war, dass in der Covid Zeit lange Zeit keine Information zum aktuellen Stand der Prüfung kam. Irgendwann habe ich dann mal nachgefragt. Sonst alles top.

Ich haben vom Betrieb aus diesen Kurs gemacht damit ich mich mehr weiterbilden kann. Leider kann ich nicht viel in den Betrieb mitnehmen, weil wir eine Pizzaria sind und meine Betriebleiter ein anderes Konzept haben. Es ist nicht so, dass ich nichts gelernt habe, es fehlt mir einfach, dass ich Theorie mit Praxis nicht kombinieren kann.
