Ich habe mich in der Zeit am IKP immer sehr wohlgefült und habe für mich persönlich vieles mitnehmen können und bin sehr motiviert mein Wissen anzuwenden.

Der Lehrgang hat mir vieles im Umgang mit mir selber, der Familie, den Kunden bewusstgemacht. Eine kostbare Ergänzung zu anderen Ausbildungen. Möchte diese Ausbildung nicht missen.

Ich nutze insbesondere gestalttherapeutische Elemente, Seilübungen, Familienaufstellungen mit Holztieren nach A. Eichinger. Auch Gfk und diverse Atem- und Körperübungen. Es gab nur das ein oder andere Seminar, welches ich irrelevant empfunden habe.

Es wäre absolut wünschenswert wenn die Alumni wie früher die IG IKP auch kostenlosen Supervisionen u Seminare anbieten würde. Das Impulsreferat vom letzten Jahr war die Reise von Biel nach Zürich nicht wert.

Es gab viele Dozenten, welche den Lerninhalt spannend und auch mit einer tollen Methodenvielfalt vermitteln konnten. Bei einigen fehlte die didaktische Unterrichtsvielfalt. Da gab es nur Frontalunterricht! Die Organisation und der Informationsfluss war oft zäh. Wir wussten lange Zeit nicht, ob der Diplomlehrgang durchgeführt wird. Dies war belastend und nervenaufreibend. Die Transparenz fehlte. Zudem fehlten Tische und bequeme Stühle.
