Secondly, a diploma course for vocational trainers in training companies in theScope of 100 learning hours (following the first variant). This leads to a federally recognizedDiploma for vocational trainers in training companies.
The legal requirements are regulated at cantonal level. In the canton of Schwyz, for example, two years of professional experience is required. Anyone applying for a cantonal training permit must have the required professional experience, a corresponding Federal VET Diploma (or higher education in the teaching field) and the corresponding diploma.
Those who attend a vocational training course usually complete an industry-neutral variant. This means that you have to deal with the industry-specific features yourself. In some cases, however, there are also sector-specific offers for KV, FaBe, FaGe, MPA, ICT, gastronomy, retail trade, etc.
Graduates complete the practical part of their training in various companies across all sectors. In larger companies, the training is often spread over several people.
