Operational excellence focuses on optimizing and realigning all processes along the value chain throughout the company. In particular, the focus is on increasing productivity, quality and delivery performance. Consulting Operational Excellence is thus the consulting activity to strengthen transparency and responsiveness in the company across hierarchies and to optimize the individual work processes in terms of value creation.

Training in Operational Excellence is aimed at people with several years of experience in strategic purchasing and supply management and helps managers and junior managers to master the challenges in this environment even better. The aim is to understand management approaches and implement selected approaches.

Operational Excellence (OPEX) is an approach to continuously improving a company's operational performance. Lean excellence uses various methods and tools to reduce waste, increase efficiency and improve quality. Lean management is a holistic approach to avoiding waste. It is based on the principles of value creation, the identification and elimination of waste and continuous improvement.

Deployment Business Excellence is about providing a meaningful approach to the management of an organization or a company - regardless of its size. It is not just about the processes along the value chain, but about the entire organization of a company. In other words, it is about the whole.

With a Digital Operational Excellence course, you will immerse yourself in the world of Lean Six Sigma and learn how to record value streams and carry out value stream analyses. You will train in the application of this method and follow the DMAIC circle. You will learn to understand the relevance of process and data analyses and find out how processes can be managed and controlled with the help of static process analysis (SPC) and capability analyses.

A CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) is a further education qualification from a Universities.
