Anyone wishing to take the professional examination (BP) to become a management assistant with a federal certificate must either have completed basic vocational training as an EFZ / EFZ management assistant. Those wishing to take the examination must either have completed basic vocational training as an EFZ commercial clerk, a baccalaureate from a grammar school, a vocational baccalaureate, a vocational baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification and have three years of relevant professional experience after graduation, or have completed at least three years of basic vocational training in another field or two years of basic training as an EBA office assistant or equivalent training and have worked in the relevant field for at least four years after graduation.
