ARTISET Education - College of Higher Education for Community Animation hfg
Community animation enables you to actively promote social cohesion in communities and neighborhoods and to sustainably improve the quality of life of the population. The training at hfg Lucerne leads to a federally recognized qualification.

As a certified community animator CHE, you will work in a community and social space-oriented manner. You will help people to voice their concerns, promote participation and strengthen their own initiatives. You are particularly committed to socially disadvantaged groups. You will work closely with local stakeholders, specialist agencies and volunteers and promote dialog between different interest groups.

The Community Animation course at hfg Lucerne is well-founded and practice-oriented, with a social and networking focus. The combination of theory and practice is at the heart of the course.

Training courses at Colleges of Higher Education (CHE) are also offered in the field of social work. These include degrees in community animator, social pedagogue, child educator and social pedagogical workshop leader.

The Socioculture course at the College of Higher Education (CHE) to become a qualified community animator CHE is integrated into the profession and lasts 3 to 4 years. This means that in addition to the school-based training, a large part of the training period is completed as work-integrated practical training. The training period is shortened by one year for people with previous vocational training.
